IMPORTANT DETAILS

MINIMUM AGE
Must be 25 years or older to book. Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees, in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule.

GARBAGE
Guests are responsible for the removal of trash during and after their stay to the designated dispensers located on site.

NOISE ORDINANCE
It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted.

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.

PET POLICY
Pets are NOT permitted on the premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay.

Grilling is prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire condo, and amenities. Pool Hours are from 7am until dusk. There is a locked cabinet that is labeled inside of the unit that is off-limits to all guests.

Busy beach bars, restaurants, jet ski and bicycle rentals, Beach Place, and the golden sands of sunny Fort Lauderdale beach are just steps away from your front door. This resort is surrounded by stunning hotels that include the W Fort Lauderdale, The Ritz-Carlton, The Atlantic, and The Conrad all of which boast fantastic restaurants and Spas and can be reached by taking a quick stroll down A1A as you overlook the beach. A1A is the perfect place to Rollerblade or bike and look out over the crashing turquoise waves. This property is right next to all the action of the beach, yet its location on the back side of the beach allows you to complete serenity and just the perfect amount of peace and quiet.

This is a non-smoking property and this is strictly enforced by the condo association. This includes interior and exterior premises.

All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one.     This was a very relaxing and spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms. Perfect for a family of 4. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Directly on water. Very peaceful! Only 2 block walk to the beach...close without the crowds. An excellent retreat! Bathrooms were clean and nice. Furniture is as pictured...dated but comfortable and in good condition. The condo is fairly priced. We would definitely book this exact condo again.

    Stayed here with my husband and 12 year old daughter. Very relaxing, great balcony and view of the water. Close to beach and restaurants. Definitely a quiet location but we enjoyed the quiet. Would love to book again!

    This place has a million dollar view! The outdoor patio overlooking the intercoastal was amazing. We have two kids, 3 & 6 and they loved it all. The pool is great and the beach is two blocks away. There are plenty of toys and games for the kids, including beach toys and chairs. We will stay here again!
