Forest-View Balcony: Pinetop-Lakeside Condo

This is an absolutely fantastic condo! Fully remodeled and beautifully appointed, it had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. We're looking forward to coming back!

Very clean and beds were comfortable. We did alot of fishing during the days but needed a nice shower and bed to sleep.

Everything was as advertised. Great location, lots of amenities, beautifully decorated. Easy check in and check out. We will be back!

Myself, husband, 14 & 17 yr old sons, and their 2 friends and my 2 dogs all stayed in the home. We had plenty of space and had a great time. Pinetop received a ton of snow that weekend. A few suggestions, there was no shovel so we had to use a broom to move the snow, the stairs did get super icey and I had to push my dog up the stairs as she couldn't get a grip, the logs for the fire were wet and wouldn't burn so we had to go get new logs and there was no matches. Even with these fw issues, I would highly recommend this rental. Our issues were rare and don't happen very often so I wouldn't hold these issues against the owner. Some huge positives, someone did come plow the parking lot so we could get out, the heaters worked well in the unit, minus one bedroom didn't have one at all. We did bring an extra TV & our xbox with us so the boys could play in their room and we could watch a movie. Mary the property manager was very nice and very responsive. I would stay here again.

Evolve had us booked in another rental and less than a week before our trip, they canceled us due to double booking from owner. Evolve graciously helped us find this rental last minute and it didn't disappoint. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated! We appreciated the extra many games available, blankets in the closets, the fans and the heaters in bathrooms (nice touch). The host was very responsive when we needed something and was agreeable to bringing our pets. We would recommend and would return again! Renae

Beautifully decorated, super clean, fabulous location, incredibly responsive owners. It was so fantastic we stayed an extra month! Loved it and would highly recommend!

emailed Evolve the company for the rental. Never heard back from them. The directions for the condo is very difficult to find at night. The condo its self does not have the address on it. But once in the condo is beautiful and very clean! we enjoyed our stay.

One of our favorite places we have stayed in Pinetop. Location was perfect. This condo looks like it was recently redone and they did it perfect. All of the decorations were so nice and the condo was so clean. We will continue to stay at this property when we go up. It was nice to be able to find one we would want to stay at again!
