Florence old town

Great condo. Very comfortable. Great base for our long weekend exploring the area.

Everything about staying in this condo is wonderful. It is spotless and comfortable. Very relaxing. Just steps out the door, is Old Town Florence, with great restaurants, fun stores, and a short walk to the scenic boat harbor.

Apartment was really clean, the furnishings, kitchen appliances, etc., were good quality. The location is good.

It was very clean, in a great location, and even had a parking space in the garage. The couch does need to be replaced as it was lumpy. Other than that it was great.

Old Town is great, full of shops and restaurants. Visit Bridgeport Market! Siuslaw River has river otters, sea lions, birds, etc

Super clean and well stocked. Easy to walk to any area of Old town Florence. Only downside is if you like to sleep with the windows open, the garbage and delivery trucks can be noisy.Overall, we loved it

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in, very clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and the folder of information was extremely detailed. The location was perfect --walking distance to downtown, and a short drive to the sites we wanted to visit. Having a designated parking space was a plus!

Linda has quite literally anticipated your every need. Every time I needed something, I found it. It was amazing. Beautiful and spacious condo right in Old Town. Everything that we had scheduled for our stay with within a mile. We appreciated having a parking spot. We were already wishing we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend Linda's place and hope to be back ourselves. Thanks for being such a wonderful host!

I'm very impressed with how well stocked the cupboards and bathrooms are. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. Close to downtown and the water and many good restaurants. Walking distance to just about everything. This was our second stay in this condo and it won't be our last.

It was very homey and big for me,but really nice. Had all the comforts of home, including a good mattress. My only complaint was the earlyeamorning delivery trucks waking

We found the condo very comfortable and spacious. There was also lots of food and appliances in the cabinets and refrigerator. The location was extremely good for visiting Old Town, just a few steps away from the heart of Old Town. Instructions from the owner were thorough and easy to follow. The only possible downside was the lack of a view of the river, although there was a nice view of the bridge from some of the windows. Also there were sporadic times when noise was a problem from delivery trucks unloading right underneath our bedroom window including one night at 2:30 a.m.

The condo was very clean, well appointed, and convenient (walking distance) to shops and restaurants. A great value for the money. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at this amazing condo, having a view of old town Florence, and being able to walk to all the shops! Very clean and nicely decorated.

Staying in this condo was like staying in a home. There were so many personal touches and decorations that did not feel like a rental. I recommend this condo and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Old Town Florence. It is light, bright, very comfortable and spotless. It is a short one minute walk to Bay Street, with so many yummy restaurants and fun stores. We ate dinner in Old Town both nights, but the kitchen is well supplied if we had wanted to cook our meals. It was hard to leave, and we already look forward to our next stay! We enjoy visiting Florence, and we hope this vrbo condo is always available when we go!

The condo was absolutely beautiful with all the accomodations for a wonderful stay! Loved the parking space available as it can be hard to park downtown. The balcony was delightful! In walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and our favorite spot- River Roasters! So many nice touches and thoughtful additions to feel like home!

Loved this condo. The location couldn’t have been better; it was warm and cozy; spacious; many food items were provided; and communication with the owner was excellent. This was perfect for a stay in Florence!

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this one is definitely one of the best! So clean, well stocked with anything you could possibly need and it just felt so comfortable. We loved walking across the street to Main Street and visiting the cute shops. Will definitely stay here again.

This place I would rate a 14 on a 1-10 scale. Looking forward to another stay in the future. I thought it was brand new. Had everything you could want. Pick it. You won’t be disappointed!

It’s a convenient place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked. She goes the extra mile. I’ve stayed several places in the Florence area but this one is the one I return to.
