    This property has convenient beach access and is short distance walk onto the beach compared to other condos I’ve stayed at on SPI. Check in process was easy but there was only one associate that was working and was busy handling a phone call so I did have to wait a few minutes. The property was clean however there was a section of the wall where the paint looked torn off (pictured) so that was a bit of a turn off. The master bedroom faces the street with a balcony, this was the only bedroom that had a tv. It would’ve been nice to have a tv in the other two bedrooms. The beds were super firm. Kitchen was nice and had all the needed utensils/cookware. Balcony of course was great with the perfect gulf view! The sofa seating area was minimal but did the job for us. You will need to bring your own beach items like chairs/umbrellas, etc. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

    Overall, the condo looked just like the pictures and the location is pretty good. The building is a bit older, but it is functional. HOWEVER…… BUGS! Everywhere! We started to cook and saw them right away. We immediately called the Property Manager and left the building. The management company was quick to get us into a different condo which we will continue to visit, as it was very nice!

    Some VERY Important info left out of description. Cockroaches! I've been to Padre Island many many times. I've never experienced cockroaches ever! I'm ok with little sugar ants no big deal. But when cockroaches and I don't mean little ones are crawling on the walls

    Check in at the off site office of Padre Island Rentals. Office open 24hrs. The Check in process was easy and efficient. Bags of coffee, filters, sugar, and creamer given upon check in was a nice touch. The condo was clean and well provisioned. A small point-no toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Shower stream was a bit low pressured. No washer and dryer in the unit, but the third floor laundry at least did not require quarters, credit card could be used. Location right on the beach is a major plus. Overall, a property that delivered as described and well supported by the property managers.

    Loved the condo. It was nice and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was convient for us. The location is great right on the beach for easy access and an amazing view. The pool was the perfect temperature. We had a nice stay and would definitely come back

    This is a great property in a great location. Everything was in perfect working order. The only downside is the parking is very tight for a large vehicle and the Queen and twin mattresses are very firm. I would gladly stay here again. I would recommend to friends and family.

    The property overall was great. Location was perfect, beach access was easy and not crowded. Loved having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Bathrooms were mostly updated. Bedrooms were nice,especially the master with king bed and private balcony. Living area with dining room and kitchen were great. Only complaint is furniture needs updating. Also place needs some wall repairs and a fresh coat of paint but we were here for the beach do not a big deal. Wish property had a grill, thats a big one for me as we cooked alot and i like to grill. Great view from the front balcony. Overall experience was great!

    We should have stayed longer. None of us was ready to go back home! This property was clean and airy, with balconies facing both east and west. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world pass by. While visitors to neighboring properties spent the long balmy nights playing music and splashing in the pool, we slept well in the quiet and well-situated bedrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed so we ate well, too. Ample storage space throughout meant we could put our luggage up and move around the property freely. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with a professional, highly-organized property owner. Thank you!
