Indulge the shared pool and hot tub - just what you're craving after a long day on the sand. The whole family's invited for a stay here, including the family dog for a small fee.



This vacation rental comes equipped with a private washer and dryer for convenient post-beach cleanups. A full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge, sets the scene for dinners in. Two TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi are provided during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW

Wristband fee is required for March for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.



** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.'

** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.



NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
