Stayed Jul 5, 2025Clean. Roomy. Nicely decorated. Kitchen utensils stocked up, pots and pans stocked up. Had a problem with hot water when we arrived. Called realtor and someone was there within 45 mins. Problem fixed in half hour. Comfortable, relaxing. Will stay again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floral Villa B8 was our beach home for two fun filled weeks. We had 3 generations of family together for our summer vacation. The unit was very comfortable for all. Decor is very beach themed. Bedding was plenty and very comfortable. The deck outside of the living/dining rooms was the best! The pool is so big and the outside area is very spacious for all to enjoy at the same time! Wi-Fi was spotty and way too many remotes to figure out the tvs (in all the rooms) but the place itself outshines the minor concerns. Would definitely return to this villa.

Have to say this was the cleanest seasonal rental I have ever rented. Garden City Realty is great to work with. The only reason we are not renting again is that there was no place to store or lock our bikes.

With 2 small grandchildren, that was a big help. Thank you!! The condo was so clean (just a few carpet stains in master bedroom) and having the pool so close (and the beach across the street) was so convenient. We had the best vacation!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival everything seemed ok. Very limited parking without our vehicles sitting out in the road. The front door was very hard to unlock. The bathrooms were teeny tiny. The locks to the balcony doors didn’t work half of the time. No trash bags for the cans., you just imagine after you pay this much for ya place for one week that it would be nicer. The beds were uncomfortable.

Bathrooms need a little updating especially those toilets, they are too small. We thought we didnt have a coffee a coffee machine and the rental company quickly got us a new one. The pool was great and the beach steps away. They also have good of beach chairs and equipment.
