Flat 205 Front and Union

Beautiful flat and entire property. Excellent location to everything, restaurants, shops, trails, lake!! Flat 205 was so gorgeous and clean, we wanted to move in:) Flat had everything we needed and more!! So worth the money to have it all at this property! Hosts were amazing during entire process with great communication. Great parking right behind building too. We will definitely be back… Hosts, Thank you for an amazing stay!!

The Flats was a charming and well appointed place to stay in the heart of the city. The owners were great communicators and everything met our expectations. Our first visit to Traverse City and its environs. Don't miss the drive through vineyards and beautiful orchards. Perfect spring trip,

The flat was beautiful and it is the perfect location. Our questions were all answered in a timely manner and we received up to date information including a text to let us know the flat was ready a couple of hours early. Very courteous! Definitely would rent again.

This place was utterly fantastic. Looks exactly like the pictures and had a remarkable view of the street below. Its also extremely lowkey, it looks like a business from the outside so it feels very private even though its in the midst of everything. The dedicated parking lot was a great touch as well since it allowed us to depart from the middle of downtown without ever having to find our cars. The location is great too, about a street over from an awesome lake view and a short scenic drive away from like an island peninsula with some sick views. This place is also near every restaurant on earth. I'll leave it at that. Extremely responsive staff, exceedingly high quality room - I cannot recommend this place enough.

What a gem for accommodations in Downtown Traverse City. The room was perfect; the use of Organic linens was a wonderful addition. For a downtown location, the room was extremely quiet, I never heard any traffic noise at all. Just spotless the room and staff are so very helpful and attentive. Would highly recommend for your stay in Traverse City.

My stay here was fantastic. Everything was perfect. The bedding (sourced from the place downstairs) was particularly lovely. Great glassware, silverware, etc. In addition, my contact was extremely responsive and responsible. I'm grateful for the experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I travelled to Traverse City for the first time for a short weekend getaway and really enjoy our time. The apartment that we stayed in at The Flats was great! It was a perfect location to all that downtown Traverse has to offer and so walkable. The apartment was very well decorated, cozy and comfortable and immaculate. The hosts were very communicative and responsive and the check and check out was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend staying at The Flats. We have nothing negative to say about it. We will definitely stay again when in Traverse City!

Walking distance to eateries, pubs, coffee shops and shopping. Short drive to the Winery’s on Old Mission. Will definitely be back.

Everything on the property was basically new and well kept. Towels,linen and all amenities were top notch. Steve was great at getting us settled in. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful place to stay with all the conveniences of having a full kitchen and fridge and much more space than a hotel room would offer. Parking was super convenient, right by the back door and the elevator was only steps away. Location is in the heart of Traverse City, within easy walking distance to everything! If we needed anything, all we had to do was email the hosts and they would respond almost immediately, even after our visit. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at The Flats for two nights in September and loved our stay. The location is the heart of downtown Traverse City. We were in a one bedroom and had plenty of room. The Flat was clean and nicely appointed furnishings. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was key. The reserved parking is also very convenient. Steve was very responsive leading up to the stay and during the stay. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and would stay again our next trip to Traverse City.

We really enjoyed this space as it was in the perfect location to walk around the downtown area, and much nicer than a hotel. We were also very happy to have a parking space as it was one less thing to worry about.

My husband and I and our 1 year old stayed here for a little getaway! It was perfect for our little family. We loved being right downtown, having access to our car and having a beautiful and clean place to stay. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Another great stay! This is a very cute boutique hotel right in the center of downtown Traverse City. It's just the perfect location for getting around and seeing all there is to see in Traverse City. Will definitely stay again soon.

Very clean and trendy at the Flats! Needed nothing! The beds were very comfortable ! I would recommend The flats , and we will be staying again! The location downtown is amazing!
