Fantastic! We loved the location and the place was clean, organized and stylish.

Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and showers were hot with good water pressure. Right in downtown so you can walk to everything. Street noise is not a problem because there’s a white noise machine in the bedrooms. There’s one free parking spot behind the building. There’s free overnight parking in certain lots a few minutes away by foot, on weekends. Highly recommended!

The flat was clean, organized and inviting. It seemed like every detail had been considered. We loved having a nice dining table to work at/eat at and sit and look at the city below. The location of the flats is unbeatable. We were in town for a conference at a nearby hotel and were able to walk everywhere! Also, having a dedicated parking spot included was so helpful. I cannot wait for my next trip to The Flats at Front and Union!

The location is perfect--close to everything and very walkable. Our flat was beautifully furnished with a comfy and tasteful vibe and it was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, and linens. In particular, I really appreciated the generous supply of high-quality towels. This was our second stay at The Flats and it won't be our last!

The experience of staying at the Flats on Front & Union was second to none. Every amenity was considered. The Flats were trendy, clean and upscale. Loved the interior design and the local artwork. What a refreshing week in TC from a prime location and hosts that know how to pamper.

Loved this flat! We stayed in 201. It was bright and airy and stocked perfectly; kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer. Very clean and modern, but welcoming and cozy. The beds were nice and comfortable. The location can’t be beat, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hosts were really accommodating as well.

The Flats worked out perfect for our group. 2 couples in each condo. Easy access, great location, clean and all the amenities we needed. Worked out well, golf and wine tasting during the day, then back to the Flats to walk to dinner and night life! We will be back! Thank you!

This was our first stay at the Flats, and we could not have been more pleased. From the owner's personal assistance in helping us make, and update our reservations, to a reserved parking parking spot, to a spacious, clean and modern interior, everything was immaculate, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Simply a great place to stay.

We stayed at the flats for a long weekend while visiting family. It was my first time in TVC, so being conveniently located smack in the middle of town was ideal. We loved our morning walks to Mundos coffee. The flats were a welcoming cozy landing pad during our stay! The linens were divine and we loved shopping downstairs at Eelo where the bedding and towels were sourced. I will say, the weekend evenings were loud until late in the night/morning, but that’s to be expected in a downtown location. The flats were extremely easy to access and felt very safe. Having our own parking spot was a perk as well.

This historical building and unit has been beautifully renovated. The decor is perfect, and everything is brand new. The flat had everything we needed, and checking in and out was a breeze. The management was super responsive and accommodating. The modern, updated units make for a comfortable stay. One dedicated parking spot was great for quick trips outside of downtown. We were able to walk all around downtown. I highly, highly recommend this place!
