Stayed Feb 12, 2025Flamingo #5 is a two story condo with beautiful wood accents inside. I was very pleasantly surprised that both bedrooms and the main floor all had their own bathroom! Master bedroom had a balcony in addition to the main floor outdoor patio. Nice touch. Location was just up the street from Coco Loco and a couple of steps more to the beach. So convenient. On site security 24 hours was so friendly. The pool was clean and a nice refreshing touch also. We'd love to come back with me and my family.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024This was a dream property. We absolutely loved this location and beach. The house, beds, and linens are a little dated but it didn’t bother us and we’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and very safe. Communication with management was excellent. We travel to Costa Rica a couple of times a years, so we will definitely stay here again!
