Five on the Bay

Welcome to Five on the Bay, your lakeside escape on Paugus Bay, part of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy brilliant fall foliage, winter days skiing at nearby Gunstock, or summer days boating and swimming on the lake. Thoughtfully furnished with beautiful water views and ideally located near Weirs Beach and Lakes Region attractions, Five on the Bay is the perfect home base for four seasons of New Hampshire adventures.

The space
Located just across the street from Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee, our condo is a comfortable home base for enjoying everything the Lakes Region has to offer in every season.

The condo features an inviting living space, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a single daybed in the primary bedroom, plus two twin trundle beds in the second bedroom, each with an additional pull-out twin. The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Step outside to your private patio or head just across the street to the shared waterfront area on Paugus Bay. In warmer months, enjoy swimming, boating and all that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer. Fall brings spectacular foliage throughout the region, while winter puts you within easy reach of skiing and snow activities at Gunstock Mountain Resort, ice fishing, snowmobiling and other cold-weather adventures. You can even take a drive to Alton Bay to see the unique seasonal ice runway on Lake Winnipesaukee when conditions allow.

Five on the Bay is also conveniently located near Weirs Beach, restaurants, shopping and many of the area's most popular attractions. Concertgoers will love the easy access to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, making it a great home base for catching a show and enjoying a getaway on the lake.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire condo during their stay, along with an exclusive-use outdoor patio - perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring the Lakes Region.

Just across the street, guests can enjoy the property's shared waterfront area on Paugus Bay, including a spacious waterfront deck with direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee for swimming and enjoying the water. A shared water trampoline adds a little extra fun during the warm months.

Designated on-site parking is also available for guests.

With our own private space to relax and shared access to the waterfront just across the street, Five on the Bay makes it easy to enjoy the lake life throughout your stay.

Other things to note
- Two dedicated parking spaces are provided. One is located in the driveway directly at the condo; the second is an assigned space nearby the unit within the condominium community.

- The waterfront deck, water access and trampoline are shared amenities for the condominium community. The patio directly outside the condo is for the exclusive use of our guests.

- The lake and waterfront area are directly across the street from the condo.

- Some outdoor amenities are seasonal and may not be available during the colder months.

- This is part of a small condominium community. Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors and respectful when using shared spaces and amenities.
