This is a one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom, stocked kitchen, and living room. You can fish from the balcony and you have a 180 degree, never obstructed view. Fishing is also great around the marina and from the fishing pier. Jet-ski and boat rentals on-site. Every amenity is lake-front! Acres of land to roam.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy, no-fuss escape, this place is perfect. It’s not about luxury or over-the-top amenities—it’s about comfort, simplicity, and a relaxing vibe.One of our favorite parts was the balcony right over the water. Being able to sit outside, enjoy the view, watch the ducks, and even fish if we wanted to was such a nice touch. The area itself was quiet and calm, which made it easy to truly unwind.We also loved how convenient things were (pool, laundry etc)—we ordered food from Waves, took a short walk to pick it up, and it was really good.Overall, this was a super chill and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely stay at Janet’s condo again!

Stayed Oct 26, 2025View was excellent. Unit could have more silverware, dishes, etc. Pans were old and scratched. Games were incomplete. No laundry service tho it was stated in the binder. Binder needs to be updated. Had grandkids over and they enjoyed playground.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025What a relaxing and peaceful little piece of paradise. Fishing off the balcony was so cool. My husband caught like 5 fish. We had to cut our trip a day short and we were so sad to go. This is a perfect location for a couple getaway.

Stayed May 23, 2025We went for a long holiday weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo. The selling point of the property is the balcony over the water, which provides an exceptional view and the opportunity to fish if you so desire. One night we even had a romantic dinner on the balcony by candlelight that was lovely. We ate several meals from the Wave restaurant, located a short walk away, that were delicious. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We are planning to return in the near future.
