Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had a few ants in the place when we arrived but our owner had some spray that got rid of them pretty quickly. We had a good visit and out host was excellent and very attentive. We would stay again.

The unit was perfectly appointed, spotlessly clean and had all of the amenities that we could want.The proximity of the unit to the Tennis Center and Tram stop made the experience even more outstanding.We really enjoyed the screened in porch.We hope to return again!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We’ve been staying at Sea Colony for the past 7 years and Bob’s place was one of our favorites. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 including young children. We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. We just made sure to keep the kitchen clean and food properly stored. We hope to stay at this property again in the near future!

Stayed Aug 11, 2024We rented Bob's place for a week-long beach vacation at Bethany. It is located in the Sea Colony community, which has great amenities including many pools, playgrounds, walking/biking trails and a free tram that will take you to the beach. The place was tucked away in a quiet corner of the community and we enjoyed listening to nature sounds while sitting outside on the spacious wrap-around patio. The place has plenty of space and all the needed amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and even some board games. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024My 2 kids (10 & 12) had a great stay. Close to the tram stop, pool and activities. Played tennis or pickleball in the mornings, biked each day to the beach, and enjoyed meals and games in the condo. Thanks for a great vacation.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023I've stayed in the Sea Colony for the past 4 years and find that it's a great place for a family vacation with older teens. This was was great. It was clean, had updated baths and kitchen and overall excellent condition. I would highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022We had an excellent week at Sea Colony. The condo was clean when we arrived and the perfect space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. We loved having easy access to the pools and the beach of sea colony and easy to get to Bethany Beach for the boardwalk, mini golf, restaurants, etc. We hope to be back again!
