First-Floor, Oceanfront Condo with WiFi & Shared Pools/Hot Tub/Tennis/Game Room

The space was a perfect unit for our family with two younger children. The proximity to the beach and pool was amazing and we loved all the amenities on site. Thanks for a great stay!

Cute but dated. Pros: We were close to the beach/pool and parking lot. Has basic kitchen items (minus a can opener, the Teflon pans should probably be replaced). The pool was perfect for all age groups. The main section goes from 1ft to 4ft with a couple submerged ledges to sit and the roped off deep end goes to 8ft. The pool was bigger than expected. Cons: Cell service is jammed and the wifi wouldn't auto connect. This room is ocean front but has no view of the ocean (you look at the sand dune). The cold water was limited and wasn't really cold. There is water damage in multiple spots- the floor was spongy in areas. The microwave should be replaced, it is compromised by the rust inside. The main bedroom is at the front of the unit and you can hear the hall traffic- also the hall light seeped around the blind. The pool could more shaded areas.

Very clean and comfortable! Close walk to the ocean, pool, and parking lot. We had a great vacation!

The view from the balcony is horrible !! There is a tree in the way of the ocean!! Which are room was supposed to be ocean view- horrible!! The 2nd bedroom was very different than the pictures! The remote in the main bedroom didn’t work at all!.

A Place at the Beach 3 was very nice - the outdoor pool, the indoor pool, the hot tub, the grounds, the office, the beach access walkway, etc., but the condo was not nearly as nice. It was not up to the standards that we have been accustomed to when renting through VRBO. The condo needed a lot of updating and general maintenance. The condo was managed by Vacasa and we will not stay at any other place that is managed by them.

The unit was perfect. All the extras made it even greater. The easy beach access and the water slide was our favorite things. They had outdoor ans indoor pools. Nightly bonfires. They had plenty of activities for the kids. The only downfall was no cellphone service and the wifi sucked. The staff and security was very nice. The check in staff at the actually place where you get the bracelets are no help.

Had a wonderful stay ,condo was perfect for my family ,it was clean ,steps from the beach and pool ,we will be back again

Convenient to the pool and beach from the unit. I think one of the things we got from Vacasa mentioned something about paying for parking passes but those are provided free. It was a great place to stay with a ton of amenities!
