First floor family friendly direct ocean condominium on Cocoa Beach

Great location. We’ve stayed multiple times in this unit. Check in is easy. Clean and well stocked with all amenities you need for a great beach vacation. Located close to restaurants and shops. Quiet location with large beach. Our favorite place to stay!

Ed was amazing and so accommodating! The room was perfect! We had everything we needed for the week, including beach toys! The room was very clean, smelled great! Our door led right out to the pool and there was no hassle getting to the beach. The property was super quiet and safe. Close to all of the fun things to do. There were even puzzles and games to keep us entertained. The windows even had safety locks, which was super comforting being on the first floor. 10/10 recommend this property. Great for kids!

The condo was excellent - clean, comfortable, well equipped, and spacious. The owner could not have been more helpful and available for questions. I would book with this property again without hesitation!

property was well located, love the proximity to the beach plenty of towels, dishes and beach items also noted with flashlights, batteries and candles if the lights go out. overall a great experience and the owner had great communication

The location was perfect!! Just steps from the beach. The pool was right out the back door. The condo was decorated beautifully and very very clean! There was everything we needed to make our stay perfect! Communication was great and prompt.

We have vacationed at the Spanish Main condos previously and enjoyed our time there. This stay was the best yet. Besides the clean, comfortable, updated ammenities, all the accessories, such as beach toys, beach chairs, towels, etc. were in good condition, if not brand new. The owner was responsive immediately when we had a question and the followed up the next day to ensure all was good - which is was! If you get a chance, check out the Whisk and Grind (or Grind and Whisk?) for breakfast next door. It is great, so expect a short wait. We also went on the Victory Gambling Cruise and had a lot of fun. The condos have fewer units that most, so the beach was never overly crowded, nor was the pool.

Amazing place!!! 6th time to cocoa and our best stay by far! This condo had more available than any other, small things like: hangers, spices, loads of towels! Great location, walking distance for us to downtown We will stay here again

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was so nice. Everything you need for the beach is in the condo, which is a plus because we forgot chairs back home. I highly recommend this condo.

Spanish Mains is a very clean, safe family environment. Situated right in Downtown Cocoa Beach it is an easy walk to some great restaurants and straight onto the beach. The condo was equipped with everything you need while traveling. Great newly refurbished kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to spread out or relax together. Nice view of pool and walk straight onto the beach. No stairs, elevators or long waits to and from condo. Property management was very strick on noise and pool rules, but abided by the policy set. Nice to have that on site management.The bathrooms are a little tiny and the main bedrooms bed is exceptionally high, but otherwise a nice place on Cocoa Beach. The beach itself is wide open, little to no congestion and very family friendly. The apartment next door was undergoing renovations so that was a little annoying considering they worked 8+ hours a day beginning early mornings. Parking is also very limited and tightly fit. With construction worker’s van it left limited space for people to park. Overall this was a great bang for your buck mid summer. I’d highly recommend it.
