Stayed Sep 20, 2025Overall the resort and location are wonderful. My family loved the big pool, putt putt, and the beach access is convenient. The condo had all of the features we needed, however I think the condo needs a deep clean and a refresh. Our feet were dirty the first evening from walking on the floors and there is visible dirt/grime on surfaces. Beds were squeaky, knobs are corroded, doors misaligned, furniture crowded… the place just needs some love unfortunately.

Stayed Dec 31, 19695th year bringing our grandchildren to APATB. So many activities that they enjoy. Most people flee the beach during a tropical storm but it didn’t stop us! Used the indoor pool this year a lot! Perfect resort for families with children!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022My family had a wonderful time on our vacation at A Place at The Beach. The place was clean and well stocked and is in a really great spot in the condo complex on the first door right by a main area.
