First-Floor Condo with Balcony, WiFi & Shared Pools, Hot Tub, Tennis, Putt-Putt

Very convenient location with beach access and lots to do in the area so you don't have to drive anywhere! The property was a bit musty but not terrible. Quiet area with friendly people. We will be back.

The floor was gross. My kids feet were black from walking around and had to clean them before they got in bed. However, everything else was great just wish they had spent more time actually cleaning the floors.

Love the resort. But...Property must have moisture issues. Floor was wavy in livingbroom , walls were wavy. Master bedroom closet smelled musty/ moldy

We did not spend a lot of time in the room but it got the job done. Furniture and appliances are old but usable.

I've stayed in many condos at APATB and I find all the condos seem to be outdated with peeling backsplashes, very old appliances and cookware, furniture, etc. This one is no exception. For the convince and price I don't mind it. Maybe update your pots and pans though as they're very very old and everything stuck to them. This condo is very close to the laundry and outdoor hot tub which is nice. Not much shelf l/pantry space for food

We loved our stay here! The building is definitely old but they have done a great job keeping what they could updated. It was clean and perfect for us! The outdoor pool was a little dirty in my opinion but it's probably hard to keep it clean with so many people using it. I loved how they have the outdoor cabana thing. I loved how they have special events although the food truck left earlier than they stated every time it was there so we never got to enjoy that. The wifi was kind of annoying, every time you left the property and came back, you had to sign in again instead of automatically being connected. Likewise if you were on the property for a while, it would randomly drop and make you sign in again.

Lots of things to do at a place at the beach but also close to the aquarium and fort Macon.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. There is easy access to the room via stairs from the parking lot. We had plenty of room for the 2 of us. The price is great for this simple condo.

We loved the close walk to the beach and the indoor pool since it rained part of our trip.

Overall stay was good, waterside and pool was a hit for the toddler. TV stopped working in the bedroom 2 days in. Mini golf was advertised but was closed the whole stay

Beach access from the property is a huge plus. We didn't partake in any of the amenities on site but there was enough to do there that you wouldn't need to leave the complex. Huge swimming pool, mini golf, hot tub, shuffle board, tennis courts, etc.

This was a nice home, close to the beach, which is what we were looking for. None of the interior doors latch or lock which is inconvenient when traveling with children. The master bed is in need of replacing. You can feel the springs. I struggled to sleep some nights and woke up with hip and back pain every morning. The amenities were great. The indoor pool was warm and clean.

Great location on bottom level near exit door. Lots of amenities available on the property... Next time we plan to stay a week so we can enjoy them all! Room had everything we needed... The only hiccup we experienced was the check in process... Having to go to two different places between 4 (check in time) and 5 (offices closing) was bothersome.

Several walls have water damage, electrical outlet in master bedroom needs replaced and need to have instructions on how to attach TV to your cell phone or you can not use the TV in the living room. The pools and hot tubs were great as always. Plenty of things for everyone to do on site.

The condo was good. The price was very reasonable. The beach and pools were absolutely fantastic.
