Pool and hot tub open May 15! First floor condo on the lake!

Location was great! Nice condo. Downside - no AC in the bedroom, glad I brought a fan and they provided a fan. Sheets and towels had to be washed and folded before checking out. I brought our own sheets and towels so I wouldn’t have to do that. It was a nice little getaway for us.

Perfect spot in the condos. It’s by far our favorite yet. We love everything about this location and this condo was really nice!

Was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. Perfect location just a short trip to downtown. The place is perfect and updated with everything you need.

Very nice place to stay ! The condo was cozy and clean. The host was very nice and responsive to our needs!

The surrounding area was wonderful; easy and close access to a beautiful heated pool and beach area; and it was well kept; clean. We lowered our rating for this condo because it was very dirty. I had to wash everything before I would even attempt to use the kitchen utensils, plates, pans, glasses/cups. Not that they were all dirty but the cabinets and silverware tray was very dirty. The kitchen table, counters, floors, were dirty. Every time i wiped something the cloth showed all the dirt! When we first arrived we had to kill at least 25 huge flies in this condo. And then we had to fix the windows and screens to make sure the flies wouldn’t have a way back into the condo. We mentioned it to the owners and they never responded. Lastly, there was written directions that we were responsible to wash all bedding, towels, and sheets!! Before we left?? So we did everything the night before so our family had to sleep on the mattress without sheets the last evening. Because there was no way you could do all the sheets the morning of departure. I would have never picked this condo if we knew that before hand. And worse of all we had to pay a cleaning fee!!?? Really, they should have paid me; that is all I did there was clean!!

Wonderful place for adults and kids. Place was clean, first floor. Condo complex had plenty for the kids and adults. Pool, beach etc.. Would recommend this place for a couple or family. Walking distance to Jet Express and nice restaurant on the beach

Five Star Value: The Good: Plenty of Hot Water and Great Shower Pressure. Very Comfortable beds the Queen in the Bed Room and Day Bed and Trundle. Pool and Beach steps from the back door. Many things provided or left behind. Very close to Kroger and Walmart for anything you've forgot. The noise from the connected condos was minimal. The Host was very accommodating and Responsive. The Not so Good: The A/C isn't is a wall unit and not Central so the bedroom need to have the door open at night to stay cool. The Condo is built in such a way that it is a first floor unit but you have to walk up 8-10 steps and back down several to access the front door. Beach and pool is relatively small and feels very crowded very quickly. The BBQ is park style charcoal and no patio/ lanai. The Great: Location! So many great restaurants and the Jet Express just an extremely short walk. No matter where we went in the evening there was live music in the air. Super Clean! My family and I had a fantastic time. place and I recommend it to anyone with the exception of people with mobility issues. It worked well with our 2 kids. I will say Put in Bay is a money grab but you can save with some homework. Miller Ferry is half the price of Jet Express but IDK about the experience the Jet Express was so convient we just took it and likewise the Cart Rentals on the Island are cheaper if you don't get the ones right off the Boat. Veterans can Access Perrys Victory Monument for Free.

Was a great stay clean and great location for night walking….

Absolutely beautiful area, view and all!! Convenient and Peaceful. Neighbors weren’t very receptive, but one Elderly couple kept us company and they were AMAZING! Marti was a wonderful host and responded to any and everything we needed! Definitely going back again!!!

Good location with a great view. I would definitely recommend it to others.
