First-floor condo overlooking the courtyard with shared pools/hot tub/tennis

Great location of the room. Outdoor pool was wonderful and indoor pool was wonderful. The staff was amazing. Access to the beach was great is a great place to stay.

Heading home to Pittsburgh, PA from our 5th year at APATB. This is the third condo we’ve stayed in and by far the nicest. We were without air conditioning the first 2 nights of our stay but vacasa brought in portable units and fans and the owner had their HVAC guy come out who was able to fix the problem (corroded wires). The owner was also nice enough to offer us a refund for one of the nights without us even asking. We understand these things happen and hey we were still at the beach! Communication from vacasa was great. The beds and bedding and bedding were comfortable and the location of this condo is perfect. The unit is very well equipped…we had everything we could have possibly needed. Our gate code did not work but vacasa was able to provide us with a different one to use for the week.

We don’t mind booking a stay with vacasa. The condos we have stayed at have been just what we needed for each visit. The only complaint I have is we stay at the same place each time and our gate codes never work. This last stay the ac unit wasn’t working and they had portable window units. Though not a deal breaker at the time it did get uncomfortable towards the end of the week when it started heating up. I wish we would have known about it before we arrived to the condo.

This condo was situated perfectly location wise. Close to the beach, both pools, and outdoor grills! However, we probably wouldn’t stay in this exact unit again because the furniture was incredible uncomfortable. While sitting on the couch your legs could feel the edge of the pull out bed below because it’s so well worn. And the beds were so firm and crunchy it reminded us of old camp beds. The kitchen was lacking essentials like a cookie sheet and a working can opener, but did have a nice set of pots and pans. Lastly, the closets had things stored in them and there wasn’t much space to unpack and hide away luggage. The kitchen too had so many random dishes there was no room for food to be stored accept on the counters. Overall the unit was very clean and great location, but was lacking in comfort because of the furniture and lack of ability to unpack and store away to settle in and truly unwind and enjoy!

We liked the unit we stayed in because of the view of the pool. It is fun to watch the kids and adults(espically the senior adults) go down the waterslide on the floats. Close walk to the beach.

Awesome resort for families! Great unit - we will come back!

We have rented this room for 10 years and love the views and the location. This our happy Place!!

There are two things I would have liked to know before we came. One was that the outside pool was not available. during our stay. The other is that a service man came to repair the carpet thresholds. We were there at the time but wondered if he would have had access to the unit if we hadn't. I struggled to work the can opener but we were able to open a can with some effort. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the cooler weather than we had the prior year.

We loved it and the view of the pool and the dock to the beach. I will say the room with the two beds smelled like smoke and it was awful. Hated my kids to be in that room. So they weren’t. Other than that, everything was great

Arrived at 3:30 and hoped for an early check-in in. Looked for the packet and since it was not in the box at the office waited until 4:00pm to check in with the office. There were numerous people waiting, including another family condo rental in our group. After waiting until nearly 5:00pm.we decided to go on to the store. Upon arrival we realized the until was still not available. We were then told we would be given a refund in at least the amount of the cleaning fee and that it would be ready at 6pm. Checking back at the office at 6:00 and ultimately waiting until 6:30 we went back to the office. We were told it was ready but another employee said it was merely scheduled to be cleaned. At that pint we demanded a room to store our groceries and were given the key to the condo. Upon arrival the cleaning person let us in to place them on a bed so she could clean the floors. At 8:30pm we were able to enter the condo to begin unpacking. We never received any other communication about the check in and wver received the refund we were promised. VACASA will be our last choice for booking. The condo itself was fair.
