First-floor condo near Whitecap Beach with balcony, pool & dock

The unit is very good, the first floor just in front the swimming pool. AC works very well. Very close of Whitecap beach.

Pretty condo. Kitchen well stocked. Good supply of linen. No hot tub as advertised. Couldn’t turn off fan. Fans needed cleaning. Ice maker didn’t work. No second parking pass; lots of space in lot. Roaches and other bugs

The place was nice and clean. Not close enough to the beach. They changed pass code for building without notification. Will stay again. Great price.

Nice place on the water.

Enjoyed the condo until trying to use the washer dryer before leaving today. I had the soap and clothes inside and would not fill with water. Called the help number and woman said no service until this morning 9am. We have a 5 hr drive so decided to unload all the clothes and not wait!! Also the dishwasher has a door closing problem and rusty prongs on wire load rack. The mattress was comfortable. Location was perfect for restaurants, beaches and between Corpus and Port Aransas. Thank you.

Nice, cute place for what we needed. Host was responsive with one issue that we resolved ourselves enough for our stay.

This is a very cute condo. I loved all the beachy decorations. The bed was extremely comfortable. Perfect for one or two people to stay. The water fountain into the pool is calming and relaxing. And there’s also access to walk on a pier. I saw jellyfish and Ballyhoo fish from the pier. Very, very close to the beach. We went kayaking and we had beach time. I’ll definitely return.

It was a very nice stay. Very clean with modern comforts and in good repair. The area was very quiet and felt safe, so there were no worries during our stay. Parking was very convenient also. The pool was very nice and had a great atmosphere with a great view of the sunrise. We look forward to staying here again.

Overall this place was nice. Outside appearance was not as nice as our condo. This place was so comfortable for my hubby and i. We just had an miscommunication with costumer service. Requested late check out due some unforeseen weather fishing trip canceled.. Called requested young gentle spoke to stated i was good. Extened til 2pm. Called again just to confirm. They say no late check out on this property. And we were out thinking we have till 2pm. It was the worst experience weve had with this company. They did grant us late we paid. Still left and hr later.

We liked the location and the communication. After reading reviews I was surprised and disappointed to find some issues with the cleanliness of the property. There was hair in/on our sheets in the bedroom and hair in the shower. We used the hide a bed and when we pulled it out there was food in it. Also behind the couch were cockroaches.

The place was as described, the bed was comfortable, toilet was wobbly, found a magot in sink, swivel chair dingy looking. The pool was nice and surrounding was quiet, except for the unit above us. Constant stomping of feet at all hours and sounded like furniture being shoved around in early morning hours.

The room was very clean and cozy. We felt as though we were in a home away from home. I definitely would recommend to stay here.

The location was good it was near the beach and restaurants.

Great plave for me and my 2 kiddos. We absolutely loved the pool, location and security of entering. Washing machine was not working but wverytging else was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

The location,pool and appearance was good overall. The appliances are older and there needs to be better cooking utensils. Salt and pepper would be nice! And more TP. needed more places to hang wet towels. But we enjoyed our stay overall

We had a great stay at this condo! It was very nice, clean, and recently updated. The space had all the basic necessities we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to plenty of local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and andconvenient getaway.

We had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable and well maintained. The bed was nice and comfortable too! We enjoyed the pool and back channel area at night! Customer service was great!

Everything was nice in the condo. It was exactly what we were expecting.

Great place, but not for more than 2 people. The bathroom is in the bedroom. Clean, neat and had all the necessities. Close to a lot of eating, shopping and everything else. Some great restaurants a few miles away NeN

We stayed here for the Holiday. It was close to the beach and allowed us to enjoy the water but also be close enough to rest afterwards without a long drive. We visited a few places in Corpus Christi like the USS Lexington. It was nice to just have family time and relax. We loved the ability to cook dinners for our family. We will be back next year!!

When planning for a visit to Corpus, this property fits the bill! Well appointed and situated in a lovely area of Padre Island. Walking distance to our new favorite coffee shop, Island Joe's. If you are looking for sun, sand, and beautiful sunsets, look no further. Mystic Harbor 104 is perfect!

Clean but couch and couch pillows need replacing Deck patio eeds refurbishing. Shower floor needs deeper cleaning..

Wasn't able to check in before event we travelled for and we ended up trying to get into the building at 2am and realized the door code to the building that was sent to us was wrong. This property is managed by Vacasa and not an individual property owner. While there was someone that answered the customer service line, they were unable to get a hold of the property manager for a while. We got in 30 min later (not with help from customer service) and was texted the correct code another 30 min later. We entered a hot condo because the ac was left on 80 degrees and there was a dead roach in the kitchen. It took a while to cool down. I took pictures and contacted the property the next day requesting some compensation. Instead a responsible party contacted me saying they would send someone over to check the ac. We only really used the property to sleep. We left the ac at the lowest setting and it never really got cooler than 74 but the ceiling fans and the extra fan in the bedroom helped with comfort. My favorite part was the bed- very comfy.

Overall it was clean & fine. I felt safe, car was safe. We were given an incorrect front door code & had to stand outside for 45 minutes while I tried to contact customer service. When I got ahold of someone, they didn’t know the front door code. Finally a neighbor let us in and told us the code. I think the AC had been off because it was hot at first, but cooled down quickly. Some dead crickets on kitchen floor, but everything else was clean. The washing/drying machine is the tiniest I have ever seen. You can only do about 5-6 pieces of laundry before it’s full, and the machine was right next to the TV so you couldn’t watch TV with the washer on—too loud. Overall it was good.

It as everything that was promised. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The bed and shower were especially nice and comfortable. Our unit was south facing so the patio was in the shade and comfortable all the time. It was adequately furnished in the kitchen. I personally would have liked a footstool available and maybe some smaller cereal bowls, but that is just me. We would definitely stay here again and will if we come back. The staff were right on the spot if I had any questions or issues. It felt very clean and welcoming. A bath/shower mat would also have been useful, but not absolutely necessary.

So we left and stayed somewhere else

The condo is very clean, well kept and appears to be newly re-modled. We felt very safe because you had to have a code to enter the building. The pool is really nice! The outside if the building is a bit older.

Quiet and privacy with access to everything you could need

Not a fancy vacation hone but a good obe for the price. The condo is old but clean and spacious enough for us. The only thing you’ll need to bring is coffee. Everything else is provided. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Greatly appreciated. Will book agai. In Novemver!
