First-Floor Condo in Oceanfront Complex with WiFi, W/D & Shared Pools/Gym/Tennis

Super nice and very convenient to the pool and tennis courts

Peaceful relaxing and convenient!

I booked this for my mom, my sister, and myself. It was perfect for us, because we each had our own space and it was a short walk to a very nice pool. The walk to the beach would have been farther and across the street, but we were good staying by the pool. If the beds/mattresses had been better, I would have rated it five stars. It was very clean and the other furniture worked well. A Keurig would have been nice, but a standard coffee pot was provided. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is close to a lot of attractions (Fort Macon, NC Aquarium, etc), great fishing, a grocery store and restaurants. It was really nice that the condo has 2 1/2 baths so every room had their own. It was a great place to rest up after our daily outings.

We enjoyed staying at the Island Beach and Racquet Club. The property was nice, very nice pool and tennis courts. The condo was a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Great choice if you’re trying to stay on a budget!

There was mold on all of the picture frames throughout the house. The AC broke around 3am and they couldn’t get anyone to fix it until around noon (it got up to 90 degrees inside the home) None of the balcony door locked. The fan in one of the rooms was broken. half the lights didn’t work. The vent above the bar area was constantly dripping condensation all over the counter tops. the curtains did not have a rod to open or close them and were also missing half the blinds. Website states it a 1 minute walk to the beach and that is false, the walk to the beach is actually pretty complicated with a lot of stairs. I messaged the host before hand abour the walk due to the fact my mother is handicapped and they reassured me it was short and easy, my mother was barely able to make it to the beach most days. dryer had rust all over the top of it. Air filter looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years, we had to change it ourselves. mattress were over 40 years old and also covered in mold. toilet wasn’t even connected to the ground and told us they were going to get a plumber out there and never did. Chair in the living room was broken when we arrived. The refrigerator was broken on the first day, I messaged them about it and they said someone would come out to fix it and never did and we stayed here for a week.

The property is great. It was beyond expectations as far as clean goes. Had an issue with the dishwasher. They responded ASAP. Located in a nice area close to everything. The pool was very clean and updated. The elevator was a plus Really need to mention this in the rental info and also that the property is in fact across a main busy road from the beach.

We loved the sound side location of this condo. There were great walking trails around the property and the beach was just across the street. We had a wonderful week’s stay.

This condo was across the street from the beach but the building is the closest to get there. It was a short walk and there is a flashing pedestrian crossing light to help ensure safety to cross. There is a very nice pool behind the condo and a walking path to the sound. There is a Dollar General store right next door to pick up any items you need, including food and adult beverages. It is a short drive to a grocery store, shopping and several restaurants. We spent a few days there with our son and daughter-in-law and two granddaughters and there was just the right amount of rooms, beds and bathrooms to accommodate us and be comfortable. We all enjoyed the beach VERY much. The beach at the Island Beach Racquet Club had the most shells of any place along the beach.

My family had a wonderful time. Across the street from the beach, a nature trail and pier, convenient and near restaurants and grocery store. Only small issue with the beds. Beds weren't the most comfortable but overall everything was great
