First floor condo in desirable Scottsdale location

We were favorably impressed with the property, enjoyed every day of our stay, and very much appreciated Gail's accessibility and helpful comments. We very much look forward to staying at the same property in the near future

Great communication, property was as described and pictured, even had some Christmas decorations which was a nice touch.

We had such a great stay!! The condo was the perfect size! Very comfortable and clean! The complex was clean and quiet. Pool was great! So relaxing! Area was perfect! So much shopping and restaurants close by! Gail was great! She made sure our stay was perfect!!

Beautiful condo with every detail taken care of from extra pillows and a super comfortable bed to toiletries and detergent. Great location in a quiet area. Relaxing pool very close with hit tub, steam room, sauna and fitness are. Gail communicated with me frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and our host. Everything was lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. We were quite busy and a little chilly during our stay, but the amenities available were so nice, wished we could have taken part. Next time, we'd stay here again for sure!

The condo was exactly as described and reviewed on the VRBO website: super clean and well stocked with anything I needed. Gail checked in with me several times during my stay to make sure all was well. I specifically wanted to be in this complex because of the beautiful property, proximity to my relatives, and walkability to stores, restaurants, and hiking trails. I will definitely be booking again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

The condo was perfect, great location with all the amenities we needed. We used the pool and hot tub several times but the location was key for the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament. You will not be disappointed with anything, you’ll have everything you need!

This was our second time staying at this property and everything was excellent again!

My daughter and I stayed four nights at the condo, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had every appliance and cooking utensil needed to prepare meals. Nice large shower in the bathroom. Gail was most welcoming and helpful during our stay. Grocery stores and restaurants are near by. We would love to stay again when back in the area.

Relaxing condo with all the conveniences. Pool and exercise facility were great. Walking distance to stores and coffee. Owner was very communicative.

This condo was absolutely perfect...from location to ammenities to thoughtful touches within the condo... this was the most well stocked vacation rental that I have been in.

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo it was well equiped and very clean. It is a ground floor condo in a great location in north Scottsdale. Gail the owner of this condo is fantastic to deal with as well as very reachable if any issue arises.

Gail’s property was beautiful. Just as advertised and the location in Scottsdale is perfect. The condo was perfect for our stay and it’s located in a nice, quiet part of the complex. The pool was wonderful for the hot weather and coming back to the condo was very relaxing. Would rent this place again in a second! Gail checked in on us and was so accommodating, communication was awesome

Our stay was excellent. The condo is comfortable, clean and peaceful. The development is close to restaurants and shopping. Very close to major highways so it's so easy to get around town. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent it out again next year for our baseball tournament.town.
