Stayed Jan 9, 2026The heated saltwater pool was a pleasant amenity, as was the hot tub. The condo was fine, the floor was sandy, hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, but the rest of the condo was as described.We had a good time, the location was excellent, it was quiet and great access to the beach.

This is the first time I’ve booked the room. The process was simple same for check out. It’s priced great and the location is great. The room was clean the property was well kept. We loving coming here and hope for many more trips back.

History of great customer service in the past with quick turn around time responses re requests. This trip was different. Requested early check in and no response. Did get a message 2 min before check in time that the room was ready. We always leave the evening before the check out time. IMO, it seems the business culture has changed.

Although no outlets available in the bedroom except for one that was in view, therefore unable to charge phone or other needed items at the same time. Pillows not the best but duable and bed is a little uncomfortable but also duable.

It was clean and cozy. There was plenty of space for all our belongings. The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced as it is very flimsy and could not accommodate an adult. Our 10 yr old boy was fine on it though. We had an incident with the unit above us where the A/C overflowed and leaked through the ceiling. However, the maintenance guy was there in a flash and got it fixed. Team was extremely responsive.
