This first-floor condo is located on the side of the L building. Amenities include a full kitchen, a TV with a combination DVD player/VCR, and free WiFi throughout. There are laundry facilities on-site as well.

We enjoyed everything about this stay! We will be back for sure. There is so much to do at the condo and in the area. The aquarium, Fort Macon, and the pirate walking tour were some of our favorites. I cant think of one single thing that wouldve made it better

Wonderful!
Pros: Condo has a great first floor location close to parking, the pool, and the beach. Newly updated galley kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms. Master bed is super comfy. Cons: kitchen utensils are bare bones. No colander, needs new sharp knifes, can opener. Bottom bunk mattress is just okay. Very minimal décor, could use some indoor activities like a deck of cards, a couple puzzles and a board game or two. I’m used to most condos having these options with a few books too. *you can get these items at the resort office if available and we did leave a puzzle behind to share. Housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning. There were stray hairs in the fridge and the utensil drawer. There were a ton of cigarette ashes on the railing into the condo and a couple of butts on the porch. I understand that everyone is understaffed these days so they probably did the best they could. The top bunk mattress was stained and OLD. I had to sleep on the couch the first two nights without sheets because of the mattress. I called the property company’s #800 and within 5 minutes the local manager, Nate, called back. He was BEYOND kind and caring and hand delivered a brand new mattress. He truly made the stay amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend the property company simply because of him and his genuine customer care.
The pics online show a beautifully updated condo and we were so excited for our stay. We arrived, and the condo was not clean. We were delayed 2 hours getting in after two housekeeping people and then being asked to fetch my own sheets, I declined. Our neighbors stood at our door demanding they get our luggage cart while we were waiting so they could unload their luggage— very awkward! The condo needs a complete deep cleaning— baseboards were filthy, couch upholstery is dirty, lots of dirt/sand under bed, couch and rug that I cleaned up myself. Two overhead lights in the kitchen were non-functional, a seat on one of the dining room table chairs was not screwed on, one of the lamps didn’t have a bulb in the living room. Mid week the fridge went out and there is apparently no after hours maintenance to help out. We had to go buy coolers for all of our food and the since the fridge wasn’t fixed until the day before our departure we were basically camping. The air conditioner never turned off and water was leaking from the air handler all over the hot water heater out into the floor. Then our last evening we had no hot water and none the following morning before check out. Vacasa called about keys and Housekeeping showed up an hour before our checkout, even though they extended our checkout and indicated they alerted housekeeping. It was a huge disappointment overall and lots of improvements could be made with responses to issues after hours (especially electrical issues) and deep cleanings. Vacasa is supposed to provide a partial refund for all of the issues we had to endure 5 of the 7 days we were there—TBD. I really hope things can be improved because it is really a nice condo! We loved the area, pool, and access to the beach. We met great people who have had long standing timeshares there and they couldn’t believe the issues we were experiencing. Please fix the issues so others can enjoy this condo!!
