convenient location for skiing and bopping around the village parking also in good location and covered check in was smooth and host was easy to communicate with and responsive check out was also not an issue property itself was clean and functional

Nice property in an excellent location. Host was easy to communicate with.

Property was within walking distance of several eating options. Unit met our needs of sleep and bath. Finding the unit within the complex was challenging, requiring several phone calls to owner. At one point we were locked out of the parking garage due to a glitch in the door key pad. When we got into unit, it was freezing. Had to (again) call owner to find out where thermostat and heating controls were. Would have been helpful for the information to be in the unit's operation binder on coffee table.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is perfect for a couple and plenty of room and even a great grill. Host JSON was super nice and responded to questions promptly. The town and neighborhood were awesome and for most part we never had to drive. Everything is walkable.

The condos are old but the owners put lots of love into it. Very clean, bring your own towels for pool and jacuzzi. Perfect location. Easy parking

Very roomy and comfortable apartment well stocked kitchen very comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom and shower. Garage parking was very nice. Location was perfect for Mammoth Village and for touring Mammoth Lakes will come back during ski season.

Jason is a great host, very easy to communicate with! Location is excellent, walking distance to village but very quiet, especially at night. Covered parking was a nice bonus.

The property was as advertised and in an ideal location - literally steps from the village, gondola and Mammoth Brewery. The instructions were clear & reasonable and the host was very responsive. The condo was well maintained, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. I'd definitely stay here again if it's available.

The host was welcoming and answered all questions immediately. The condo is very comfortable and well designed. There is plenty of storage for a family of 4.

We stayed two nights at Fireside Condo at the Village. Overall, the accommodations were good and the location is fantastic — truly the highlight of this property. It’s very convenient to everything in the Village, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.The condo has been updated in several areas and is comfortable overall, though the kitchen could still use a refresh.One challenge was receiving the check-in information. It wasn’t sent in a timely manner, and I had to reach out several times to get the details. I was able to get everything sorted, but it did add a bit of stress before arrival.That said, Jason seems very nice, and once we had the information we needed, our stay was smooth. With a little improvement in communication timing, this would be an even better experience.

Jason was extremely responsive and an amazing host. The unit is in great shape, seems newly remodeled and could not be in a better location.

Jason was very quick to respond to a fireplace issue. It worked great. Great location to the Canyon Village gondola.

It was the perfect place for a couple. It was just me this time and it was easy to find and access. I had one question about check in when I got there and the owner got back to me within a minute or two.

Everything was very updated and clean. The sectional and recliner were great for relaxing, the bed and linens were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, and the TV and soundbar were great. The pellet stove worked well and the bathroom was updated with a nice vanity and tile shower. The photos represented the unit very well. I messaged the owner with a question and he got back to me right away. Great unit!

Overall great stay. Conveniently located. Great parking in garage. Pellet stove is a bit finicky, but the electric heaters kept us good and warm.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at Fireside 101. This condo is located at The Village at Mammoth and is waking distance to so many attractions. What an amazing time I had, I am very eager to get up there again! Jason, the host, was great to work with. He made the whole process from reservation to arrival very easy. Upon check-in, I had a minor issue with the door lock and Jason was very easy to get in touch with and had the issue worked out within seconds.

Great location at the village. Bed and couch were comfortable and windows effectively blocked construction noise across the street.

This condo is just a 3-minute walk to the gondola at the Village which is great access for skiing. Also, the condo is on the first floor right by the garage so you don't have to carry your luggage far. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner/property mgr was easy to communicate with and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

All about location for us. Parking is awesome, dedicated spot under ground and close to unit. Pellet stove is very effective and adds some ambiance. Clean.

The condo was perfect size and location for my family of 4. The condo is nicely decorated and close to the village.

Tough to beat the location of this condo to the Village Gondola and the enclosed parking made it that much better to grab our stuff on the way.The condo itself could use some minor improvements (paint, areas in the kitchen) but overall it was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

As first timers, GREAT location. Steps from The Village. The directions and the check-in process provided was great and went smoothly.If we had any questions or issues, Jason was very attentive and responded to us in a timely fashion.

Super close to the village. Was able to walk to the gondola in ski boots, no problem. Unit was clean & comfortable. And the owner was really easy to communicate with and flexible. Highly recommend!
