Fireplace Suite With King Bed, Full Kitchen, Ocean Views - Heated Indoor Pool and Hot Tub!

Super clean, surprisingly quiet. Great view and location.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! Can’t go wrong with an oceanfront view. Both beds were uncomfortable due to the hardness of the mattresses, but the pillows were excellent. The property is in decent shape considering it’s right on the ocean, but it is in need of some deep cleaning to the exterior. Lots of algae growing on the balcony railings that needs a good pressure washing.

This was an amazing stay for my family. Such a beautiful view of the beach. And it felt so comfortable like a home away from home. The pool and hot tub was a bonus.

The place was cute. We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were not open the whole time we were there and we did not love the side of the deck where the neighbors would lean over and look into our rooms. And their dog would bark at us. It really gave zero privacy vibes. But all in all we would love to come back and stay again.

Great condo. Beautiful view with balcony on the ocean with steps close by to walk on the beach. Fireplace with couch in front of it and TV were very nice. Super clean and comfortable. We hope to come again

It was amazing!! Our host was amazing as well… very helpful in places to go.. I would highly recommend for a great one on one vacation but also is family oriented!!! I’m definitely looking forward for my next time,,, we are planning once a year..

We stayed here when it was D Sands Motel probably 50 times in the past 25 years so we knew what to expect. The only feedback that makes this not a 5 star stay was the pool. They no longer heat the pool? Maintenance guy we spoke with in the evening was completely casual about it: It's room temperature. What room would that be?? It's just barely above Oregon ocean water! And NOT once, in the 6 days we were there, did we see anyone in the pool. Why bother then? Hot tub was good except the chorine was so strong you could barely open your eyes while sitting in the water. The same guy said the hot tub was 104. Nope. 100 at best. Felt good but not 104. Also, when we checked in there was a strange smell to the room. Almost like cigarette or pot smell. Aired out and it was better. Oh, and don't bother with minor service requests of the office here. They do not return calls. We had a light burn out in the bathroom, not even a courtesy response. Otherwise, cute room with some nice personal new-owner touches (walk in tub was a nice touch, and updates to the bathroom). Beds were comfortable. Dishes were cute (plastic, which I thought was an excellent idea over the heavy stoneware they used to have--if I have to handwash dishes I don't need dishes that not only can break but weigh a half pound each). It was nice to see typical VRBO touches like games left (which we added to) in the closet, spices left in the cupboard. Overall a great stay and a nice room.

What a perfect location! My bed was 2 feet from the balcony, so we slept with the door open and listened to the ocean all night. Beds were comfy, couldn't hear much of the neighbors at all. The drains in the bathroom were very slow, and the place smells a little old and musty - until the balcony door is open. But this view! This is from the balcony of our room. Thank you!

Great central location for day trips to tons of sights and adventures. The unobstructed ocean view can't be best, with a clean, quiet expanse to walk or play on/in. Unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics for a smaller party. Comfortable beds and great ambience from easy-on gas fireplace. Would definitely stay again if in area.

We loved our stay. Wonderful view of the ocean and beach. We even didn't mind sharing our balcony with the fly-in guests. (The staff had thoroughly cleaned the balcony chairs.) The beds and all furniture was comfy; the fireplace welcoming. The only down side were the stairs to the 2nd floor, but we're old and wobbly. We also had incredible food at Kyllo's restaurant, practically next door. Great time. We'll be back.

nice spot right on the beach. loved the bed by the window to watch the waves and the sunset. the small balcony could use some love but everything else was great.

We stayed just a couple nights but it was a great stay. Super easy to check in & out, it was clean, & it had a bed next to the sliding door which opened onto the beach. With the fire place on at night & the door open, it was so peaceful listening to the waves & feeling the fresh ocean breeze. The beds were firm & comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Was a great place to stay while in town for a wedding. Great to be able to lay in bed and look out at the ocean.

The sofa bed was out of order which was not in the listing. The pool area is run down and the shower was not working.

Beautiful condo with comfortable beds, complete kitchen, nice fireplace, great view, responsive management. We’ll stay again.

Great location. Probably one of the best views because the balcony is literally on the beach. The room I stayed in could use some new cooking pans but overall was a great stay.

Very comfortable and everything we expected. Stairs are an issue but once luggage was in the room, it wasn't that much of a problem.

We watched the hugest waves! The ocean sound is magical. We walked to the beach and visited pelican brewing Company! Our condo had games that we played & we loved sleeping on the bed by the patio so we could listen to the waves. The fireplace is wonderful! We only wished we could stay longer. We will definitely be back.

Well organized unit.

First time staying at this property, the pictures were on point. The location was great but the set up and amenities were excellent. It was nice being able to cook for ourselves a few nights during our stay. It came with a guide about the property, which is nice

Tough finding parking. Also room number seemed out of sequence. Had a hard time finding 216. Water leak from under the fridge. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. Thank you.

The property was very noisy. Walls and floors were thin so I could hear everything. Property was clean. Parking is an issue. TV did not work. Management unfriendly.

We very much enjoyed our two night stay at this property!! The location is fabulous! It is one of the few Lincoln City properties that is truly on the beach (just a dozen steps to the sand). The pool is small, but lovely. The furnishings in the room were updated and the couch is so very comfy. The kitchen is dated, but everything worked. The second floor balcony was wonderful. It is a quick drive to many great hiking spots and other beach access with tide pools. The tv was a challenge to just be able to get something to work for chilling out in the evening. The gas fireplace is easy and convenient and so welcome each evening at the coast. A perfect, not crazy expensive cozy spot for a short get away!!

Great location, right on the beach. Lincoln beach is one of the nicer beaches imo. Condo was clean and check-in process was super easy. Parking wasnt terrible but a lot of bigger vehicles made it a little tight. Overall, a great stay.

Nice clean suite for the weekend, right on an excellent beach! Close to shops, including the lovely Chocolate Frog candy shop. There are heaters in each room but no air conditioning that we saw - not a big deal on a reasonably temperate August day. The queen bed near the balcony door was super comfy, but the king bed in the back bedroom was VERY firm

Spacious, clean and well-appointed condo with MUCH more modern furnishings than I usually see at coastal spots. Great location right on the beach. Friendly reception staff. Good amenities. My only complaints are that we got almost zero sleep both nights due to loud guests right above us (child running across the floor and adults stomping, child screaming on balcony - starting at about 5 am). I did text management about it and they did speak with the guest. I would suggest staying on the 3rd floor if you sleep in later or are a light sleeper, and don’t mind dragging your stuff up to the top floor. The building is old and they send out an intro email asking people to be mindful of being loud above other neighbors, but we all know how humans are when it comes to entitlement. They also sent a random text to my cell phone during our 2nd day there “reminding me” that no smoking (including marijuana) is allowed, and that someone near us had complained. I found that to be very odd and off-putting - the way it was stated felt accusatory. I would stay here again but never any other place but the top floor. it felt almost accusatory.
