Fireplace Studio - Ground Level - Beach Access - Pool & Hot Tub!

I was notified only a couple hrs prior to arrival that I was not able to get the original room o had rented I was downgraded to another unit that was not at all appealing whatsoever. However they did reimburse only 30 percent but I feel like it should have been 50 due to the accommodations.

We loved the view, and appreciated the kitchen with all the appliances and dishes. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, it was kind of painful, and the pillows left something to be desired. The toilet paper was not good. I also didn’t like that the Teflon pans were incredibly scratched, which is not safe or healthy. And the dvd players could not connect to the tv. With all things considered, it felt clean, and the place was nice to stay at for a couple nights.

Property was in great shape. Rental agent responded to everything. Great access to the beach, lovely views! Only issue we had was pool and hottub were cold, not good for a winter swim and the jets don’t work on the hottub. They washed the deck above us while we were enjoying the sunset and water poured down on us. We complained but were told sorry, is what it is. Would have prefered they stopped for an hour. :(

Great view, good kitchen amenities (not that we used them ), receptionist who registered our car and and answered our questions was awesome.

The beach was great! Able to hear the ocean in your room with the window open was awesome!

There was a large stain on the carpet nips to the table, the hairdryer is broken, the door handle to the outside deck door was broken, not enough variety of cooking utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Parking is an absolute nightmare! The Parkinson’s are very, very narrow and difficult to get into Because parking behind you.

It was an overnight and it was a really clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. Everything was so easy!

I booked this little getaway to be close to my kids who were staying in a rented vacation home. To be honest I wasn’t in the room much at all while I was there. Unfortunately I had to leave Monday night due to a family emergency back home. I apologize if I didn’t do everything correctly upon checking out.

The property is situated right at the outlet of Devil's Lake which is about mid-way from either end of Lincoln City. This made it a great location for accessing shops, restaurants and activities on either end of town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nothing fancy about the place, and it is an older building, but it easily met our needs. Only concern we had was the hot tub. There was stuff floating on top of the suds in the tub that made it feel like it had not been cleaned recently.

We loved our stay. Even thoughupon arrival the trash hadn't been emptied. Quickly dealt with and everything else was great.

It was an amazing stay. Listening to the waves at night and when I woke in the morning I could just open the door and be at the beach without leaving my room

We loved our stay, the location on the beach couldn't be better! The unit was cute, well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

We had a great getaway at D Sands. The weather was surprisingly great for March and our accommodations was the perfect set up for what we wanted. We had relaxing mornings, could come back for lunch or a nap mid-afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. Would come back here.

This was an absolute gem of a stay. We wanted just a quick getaway at a place right next to the beach and could not have asked for a more perfect place!

This was simply exactly what we needed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our lives are so busy we just needed to slow down and relax. This was the perfect place to just kick back and watch the ocean and listen to the waves...and all the seagulls, wow! This was well stocked and very comfortable. We will definitely be back! This

My goal was to stay right on the beach and this was accomplished. The unit was very clean and well equipped, just what I needed for a quick getaway. I would recommend it for any single or couple who needed to get out of town for peace and quiet.

We came for our anniversary and loved the location. Great view and close to everything.
