Stayed Sep 20, 2025Unit was nicely furnished, checking was smooth and very quick. Property amenities were great for families. One maintenance item that should be addressed is the vent hood over the cooktop. We could not get the light to turn on nor the exhaust fan to work. Since we did not do any frying or heavy cooktop use, we weren't really impacted but the next guest might use the cooktop more than we did.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We were grateful to be able to stay in a place like this. However, spending so much money we definitely expected things to be cleaner than they were. The management company was apologetic and sent someone out to clean again but the pictures of the things I sent that needed to be cleaned ( chips on the floor in rooms, long black hair on the wall in the shower, filthy washer/dryer) was not cleaned, even after they came to clean again, I did it myself. There were roaches on the balcony. We had to call maintenance to fix the jacuzzi tub in master which took 2 days because they had to remove the tile to fix it. The tv did not work in that bathroom. There was NOT an extra sofa bed in the room with the two full size beds as pictured in the listing. It is a chair someone can sit in. Super disappointed after what we paid for the week.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Really comfortable beds. Living area furniture in need of replacement and walls and decor ready for refresh. Kitchen had no microwave worthy pieces for preparation and no liquid measuring cups and incomplete dry measuring sets.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024This is our 3rd staybat turquoise place and first with prickett. The property was less expensive then our previous stays but i fully believe that os because of some of the small issues. The master jacuzzi did not operate, there was a huge crack in the kitchen granite, and the condo was a little dirty upon arrival (we asked and were granted early check in so that is likely our fault) All in all the condo is a great deal at the price as long as you aren't a snob. We will likely book again.
