Gorgeous clean condo with beach views! Was the perfect family get away!

Great host! The early morning construction was a little disappointing but other than that it was a great place to stay!

Overall was all amazing! Would have liked better communication when booking with Vrbo as we wanted to change our week right after booking because our second couple couldnt make that week! As it turned out we ended up in a two bedroom by ourselves. We waited to long for a response!The only downfall was the masterbedroom bed was frame was extremely loud, couldnt roll over without it sounding like it was gonna fall apart.TV was limited so bring your passcodes for your home premiums. TV in bedroom didnt work.And if you have allergies, check your furnace filters.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was well equipped with everything we needed. However, the master bed was not good at all, it made a horrible noise when you moved the middle supports were not stable and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed. I did call the number given and was told the issue has already been addressed with the owner but so far nothing was done. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Our stay at 308 Sand dollar villas was so very nice for a relaxing and unwinding week! Sara the property manager was so good to take of us. Quick response to solve our very minor issue of bedroom remote! The condo was clean and comfortable ( although the king master bed was a little squeaky)lol. Spent each morning on the balcony with the views and sounds.. it was awesome! Very easy to get to and a really quick walk to the beach! We would def rebook!

Beautiful location & lovely condo!

Needed more direction on parking, beach equipment and check out procedures.

We loved our time at the condo. The deck is perfect for coffee while the sun rises. The beds are comfortable and the home is cozy. Great spot

The unit was as described/expected. Plenty of space for me and my parents who joined for two nights. Balcony with beautiful ocean view would have been LOVELY if it weren’t so unseasonably chilly and windy.

Clean and quiet. Enjoyed the long walks and time spent sitting on the balcony listening to the waves.

We enjoyed the unit. The tv was challenging for us. No CNN. Would have liked cotton sheets and more pillows. Overall, it was good.

Overall, we enjoyed the condo and locale. There were many positives. One area that needs improvement are the mattresses. Both are well worn and need to beced with quality mattresses. That would be a huge plus.improvement in sl. .

This is the perfect spot to stay for a relaxed family vacation! Our condo was clean, had plenty of kitchen essentials, and laundry machines were nice. We have visited this facility numerous times and have been so pleased each time. Cannot say enough nice things about the complex, the unit or the beach!!
