Fantastic Seawall Condo- Garden and Pool view

Pros, The property was very well stocked with all the things you need for vacation. Everything seemed ok initially, great location. Pools were both nice.Cons, the condo did not appear to be cleaned. I found previous renters clothes laying around. Dead bugs in the living room. The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it. We had to launder them before use. The last two things were pretty unbelievable. First we were sitting on the first floor patio and seen a 8” rat scurry across the front of the neighbors patio. And last, on the following night, our last before departure, I woke to use the restroom around midnight to find a 2” cockroach rooting around in the bathroom garbage can. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I had my phone to get a pic. But it took off before I could get one. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.The host was notified, and quite frankly, I did not get the impression that he cared at all. Merely thanked me for letting him know. I was forced to sterilize all my luggage and belongings to prevent infestation of my own home upon my return. I would not recommend this property. No one should have to worry about stuff like this when paying over 300 per night after “cleaning fees” and other miscellaneous charges.

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location of the condo on the first floor by the pool is amazing and convenient. The owner was also super friendly and helpful. And mostly I loved the 11 am check out. The whole experience was top tier 10/10 for sure. We’ll be back for sure.

1st floor with porch exit to pool was perfect for grandparents and grandkids. Convenient location. Very nice gated complex.

Perfect location in Galveston. Very nice condo, updated and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly how it was described w/ the location to the beach and pool, amenities provided, etc. Very clean. I loved that we were on first floor and next to pool. One added bonus that was not mentioned was that the master bedroom had a desk; I was able to take mtgs in the bedroom w/out having to make the kids be quiet or outside.

We had a great Memorial weekend…great condo, was exactly how it was described… will definitely be back!

Very nice condo, clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting with nice pools...hot tub was great as the weather was a little cooler during our stay. Wish the pools were heated just a bit.

Condo is on the first floor with a patio that opens to the pool and the beach is across Seawall Blvd. Quiet property, across the street from Walmart and within a few miles of several grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy access to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. Property owner was easy to work with. Condo had most things needed for daily living.

Very satisfied with this condo. Close to all the fun things and condo is clean, cute, and convenient!

The condo was clean and in the perfect location. Easy to get to the beach and poolside. We will definitely be booking again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is seconds away from pool access and a very short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was welcomed after a day in the Texas heat. We were booked to go just a week after Hurricane Beryl hit Galveston, and Alva went out of her way to check the complex and unit to ensure that there was no damage and everything was good to go. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next visit to the island!

We really enjoyed this condo. Perfect location, grounds are very well taken care of and two great pools. Can’t beat this location!!
