Parking is very limited - no guest parking at Sunset Vistas. Street parking is very limited. We recommend bringing only one vehicle, as we cannot provide additional parking.

Starter Supply Kit:

Note: Supplies are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide toiletries (shampoo/body wash), spices, oils, filters, or foil.

Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Please be aware that any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your security deposit. ✨

Mail delivery is not permitted. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, red tide, or transportation issues.

Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): No exceptions for the threat of a hurricane or aftermath closures (roads, beaches, utilities). We strongly urge you to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. Approved date changes incur a $50 fee plus rate differences.

Payment: If another party is paying, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the Rental Agreement.

Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. Under ADA/FL law, only documented service animals are permitted (No ESAs).

Parking Note: On departure day, please move your vehicle so cleaners may access the space.

Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds for cold water.

Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. As this unit is not managed by Sunset Vistas, there is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

    Great property and a great unit. Weather was a little chilly during our stay. We appreciated that the unit stayed warm and that the hot tub and pool on site were great and really well heated.
