Stayed Dec 1, 2021Nice safe building but bar noise at night, marina noise early mornings. We had no a/c few days, hopefully a new system was put in.The apartment faces street level so you hear all the noise. The apartment is a bit tired, carpet throughout was big negative, dim lighting at night. There’s no sun at the pool this time of year which was a negative to us. There’s an application fee for HOA, which was an added $200. The apartment was fully stocked with basics. Bob the Propery manager was great!

Stayed Mar 1, 2020Love the location. Boynton Beach is within walking distance. Several restaurants & bars steps out the door. We had a great time until the beaches and restaurants closed due to corona-virus. Marina Village did a good job communicating as things in the neighborhood changed .
