Fantastic Beachfront Condo, Perfect Location, Large 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Sleeps 8

The host was very welcoming. The location of the condo and view were amazing.The price was fair.However, the carpeting needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The living room sliding door needs to be repaired

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo on Madeira Beach. The location was perfect, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with great amenities. Russ was an excellent host—very easy to reach and responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience. We are already planning to come back next Christmas break.

This was our second stay at Russ’s and still a beautiful place! Super clean and master bed is soooo comfortable.

The condo was in good shape and in an ideal location. Had a problem with the washer, but it was repaired right away. The ice maker did not work all week, so hopefully that has been attended to. Our family had a wonderful week and we would stay here again!

Beach view and the space were the best things about the condo. Painters were there all week so we had ropes and workers blocking the view which was disappointing.

We stayed a week at this property and had the most fun possible! Very modern and clean, we had a great time and will hopefully come again in the future!

This condo has everything you need! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a great view! The host was super responsive and helpful! Very close walk to a lot of shops, eateries and grocery stores! Great view and highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas condo, was spacious and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. Washer and dryer need replaced they don't work properly and it took hours to do a load start to finish.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We were once again pleased with our accomodations and communication. We hope to book again for next summer! Thank you!!!!

We feel so lucky that the condo we had rented was open. Everything was great. Very clean, good furniture and a good stocked kitchen. View from balcony is what's it's all about

We loved the condo, the view was amazing ! Russ the owner was very nice and great to work with, We had a wonderful family vacation. The only think I would suggest, on the property at the pool, they should have a few umbrellas and small tables, it gets very hot out there, some coverage would definlty help.

This place is exactly as described! It’s wonderful. The view from the balcony is amazing to wake up to everyday and watch the sunset in the evening. So many great local restaurants right around this property! We went May18-24 and the weather was beautiful in the mid to upper 80’s everyday! This condo has everything you need for a great beach day. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, coolers and more! The kitchen also has everything needed to cook or make a pot of coffee or tea. The pool appeared shady in photos but it was also amazing, lots of sun and very few people using it! We all loved everything about this place! Will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful condo, perfect for families.. Russ and TRS are wonderful hosts, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here. Only issue was parking with a large F350 vehicle but the maintenance man tried to help us out as much as possible Overall great visit.

We really enjoy staying in this unit. Russ, the owner, is so quick to respond to any questions. The location is great. We already booked it for next year.

We loved this condo! The photos are a true representation of the property, so well equipped and in the perfect location to all the beach has to offer. The owner was very attentive to my questions and often responded within minutes. We will be back!

This property is wonderful! Spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, and the views!!! This exceeded our expectations. We had one issue with the shower not draining, and Russ was prompt about contacting the right people to get it fixed right away. We will keep this property on pur list for our next visit to Madeira Beach!

This place was everything that it said it was.

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beach front property and the Reef restaurant that was in walking distance. This condo had all we wanted and then some. One downfall is that the condo next to us was smoking which made it hard to enjoy the balcony since my son has asthma. We just went down to the beach. Other than that it was fantastic.

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful stay! Everything we could have wanted was included at the condo. Plenty of room for everyone without getting under each other's feet. The property goes directly onto the beach! There are chairs, towels & some toys for the beach in the condo. There are 2 parking spaces under cover (which was wonderful considering the temperatures were in the upper 80s to low 90s all week!). They were also right at the elevator! Thanks Russ, for making our stay a great one!
