Famous Music Row Presidential Suite with Guitar Pool!

This was a fantastic place to stay all the way around! The unit is in the historic Spence Manor. The building’s history is so cool, and it was a lot of fun finding out about the building and walking down the same halls where a plethora of music legends had been. The property manager was very communicative and very prompt with answers to any questions. Check-in, check-out and parking were incredibly easy. The unit was fantastic. Very clean, nice furnishings, and everything was provided for a great stay! The building is in a safe part of town and in a great location to easily get to a variety of places in Nashville. I highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property and location. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. It was raining the whole weekend so we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool. Communication with the host was stellar. The only thing I think is important to be aware of is that parking is incredibly tight so if you have an SUV, your parking spaces will be severely limited.

We had a great stay. Beds very comfortable. Coffee in unit even which was awesome. It was very quiet and close to everything. The inside of the condo was nicely maintained although the walls need a good washing down. Dark paint really shows the dust. The outside of the condo desperately needs a power wash and paint. The pool needs to be retiled. Its a gorgeous community so sad that the maintenance is getting kicked out to its detriment. We would stay again.

Great location. Walking distance to Broadway. Would have loved to enjoy the pool however the weather was not warm enough. Very responsive host which was much appreciated!

Nice condo close to Broadway. We only stayed one night so we didn't use the kitchen or pool but would likely stay again. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the living area so there was plenty of privacy. Plus we had excellent communication with Genevieve.

This condo is a perfect getaway spot. It is close to everything and provides an oasis in the middle of the city with a pool. The condo was perfectly clean and spacious. The host kept in touch from booking to check out. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. We felt secure, safe and pampered. The apartment penthouse was well appointed and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for a few gourmet meals and we loved the location. Music Row was perfect to be away from the crowds, yet a very short and inexpensive uber to live music and fine dining. Our only disappointment was that it was off season and we didn’t get to use the guitar shaped pool. Perhaps next time! We’ll be back.

Great stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Unit was clean and well kept. Liked all the little extras like coffee, filters, laundry detergent, shampoo and body wash. It’s wonderful not to have to go out and buy all those things when you get to your rental. Excellent communication with host. She made sure that we were satisfied when we checked in and during our stay.

The host was very responsive before during and after our stay. The condo was modern spacious and in a perfect location for our trip.

The location was great! Very close to the places my family wanted to go to. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were as well. The pool was nice, but could get crowded at peak times. The only issue was the parking. Lots of people had double parked which meant my family had to park on the street. I communicated this to the property manager and she was quick to respond and told me she was going to reach out to the HOA. This didn’t ruin my stay at all, but I didn’t want it to affect others who might stay there. The property was accurate to the listing and was very clean. Instructions on check in/out were accurate. Would stay here again if I find myself in Nashville!

The condo was centrally located to all of our activities. It took us no more than 20 minutes to get to our furthest destination. Our host was very responsive to our needs. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk bed! Thanks for a memorable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Large bedrooms although only 2 of us [son had to cancel], we didn't use the 2nd bedroom . Very quiet , clean and easy access. When we return to Nashville we would stay here again. Thank you Jen

This space was a great alternative to a cramped hotel. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and the rooms were perfect for our boys. We liked the modern feel and the guitar shaped pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well.

Property was clean and organized. Great for two couples. Within walking distance to Broadway Street. Brewery nearby with great pizza. Would stay here again.

Property was great location for walking to music row and close enough that walking to downtown was possible (took us about 30 minutes).Managed privately and not by company so communication was great. Owner checked in with us after check in and again half way thru the stay to make sure all was going well.Property was slightly more expensive per night than others but all the cheaper properties charge for parking. This offered free parking on site which was a huge perk.

Such an awesome stay! My friends and I had a great time. Walking distance to a lot of places. Super clean and comfortable.

This property was fantastic. We will definitely stay in this exact unit every time we travel to Nashville so long as it’s available! I was especially pleased with the comfort of the bed. I am picky and always dread not having my own bed when we travel. This bed was a 10/10. The mattress, the pillows, the sheets were all perfect.

This is a convenient location for everything in Nashville. A few eateries are walkable. The apartment has big rooms and is comfortable.

Great location and unit was very clean and spacious. Parking spots are a little snug when full but overall great place to stay.
