First class resort. First class condo. Highly recommend it. Agent was very helpful with prompt replies and assistance. The reason for not giving five stars in the overall rating was a confusing complication in paying an acceptable pet fee, which was finally satisfactorly resolved. I can only assume it was a computer issue. One suggestion regarding the condo. It is accurately two apartments in one, like two adjoining motel rooms. Both had a seating/TV area, a full kitchen, two queen beds, a full bathroom and separate outside entrances, although one apartment is larger than the other. It is ideal for two couples, or four golfers. Either one of the units would have served the two of us and our dog perfectly. It would have been a nice courtesy to have been offered one of the two bed units rather than the combination. I understand the business objective of getting a higher fee for the combo, but, again, it would be a nice courtesy to provide one of the units to a couple if the combo unit was not requested at the time of the rental. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as advertised. Enjoyed the easy check in and check out, comfortable beds, cleanliness, location and easy to use tvs.

This is our 4th trip to this spacious unit on the golf course. We love this place, and so does our dog! Just a short drive to the beach, and many different areas to take our walks. Communication is excellent, thanks Lisa we will be back.

The location was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc.

Loved the condo. It was close to everything. Tropical Storm Debby wrecked havoc on our vacation but we were able to enjoy the pool a couple of days and were close to great seafood restaurants and others. Would highly recommend this condo.

The property was just like the pictures. The owner did not have check in instructions on time. Has a list of to do's before you leave and was not satisfied over a dryer lint trap, one smudged mirror with no glass cleaner, and two small trash cans; plus one bedroom trash can not being emptied while not providing trash bags.

We had a wonderful time and the unit is great!! Can’t wait to come back again!
