Stayed Jul 1, 2025Check-in was smooth. Host sent us a code and everything was ready for us. Kitchen facilities and laundry were functional. This was old military housing built in 1987 (That's above the median year of homes built in Fairbanks). So, the trim and remodel is nice, but the place still shows it's age. Host was great.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the Fairbanks rail station.
