Stayed Aug 10, 2023Pros: The Condo itself is beautiful and in a great location. Cons:The management at Thousand HIlls is horriffic and not interested in helping when there are problems.They only care about selling you extra tickets and making more money. During this stay we called management EVERYDAY to report a problem with the upstairs condo. There were 6 kids staying in the condo above us and we heard them every minute they were home. It was so loud we thought they had broken into our condo. The only response from management was for us to call the police. Seriously, Thousand Hills has hundreds of condos they could have moved us to but instead they did nothing. I reported the issue to VBRO 3 times. They said it was in the lease agreement that I would not be compensated for noise. The lease agreement they are referencing IS NOT the same one we signed on VBRO. DO NOT STAY AT THOUSAND HILLS. Our vacation was ruined when it could have easily been fixed. We have been to Branson many times and always stay at Condos. We have never had an experience this bad. The only good thing is we were looking at buying a condo and now we know to NEVER consider anything owned by Thousand Hills.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023The property was nice and the kids loved the indoor pool, it was just a short walk which was nice. The ac quit working at one point but they quickly had it repaired. Only real complaint is that for a family of 6 there was one skillet to make breakfast in. We ended up going and buying a set of skillets to cook for everyone.
