Family friendly Winter Park Condo on free bus route. Perfect for ski vacation!

This property was in a perfect location to get to Winter Park. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed including big bottles of shampoo and conditioner, every kitchen gadget imaginable, coffee, spices, and even ziplock baggies. The owners were in contact regularly with information on the property. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time in Winter Park and our host Dawn was more than helpful. She checked in to make sure we arrived ok and gave us endless recommendations for places to eat, drink etc. The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and welcoming after a long day of skiing. Definitely very pleased with our stay.

Everything was wonderful! Location is great with easy access to Winter Park downtown and Mountain! View was very scenic and peaceful, and very cozy with the fireplace. We had a wonderful and relaxing Ski vacation and would definitely stay here on our next trip to WP!

The property was close to everything. Condo was clean and cozy. Kitchen had nice pots and pans for cooking. Enjoyed our stay in Winter Park.

We had a wonderful stay! The thing I was most impressed with was the immediate response any time I would ask a question! It was so wonderful to know that if I had any questions or concerns I had someone I could call!

This was a wonderful condo for our family ski weekend - it was comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax at the end of our ski days. The location is excellent - it felt quiet and secluded as an end unit. Getting to Winter Park was also incredibly easy using the WP shuttle. We especially appreciated the condo hosts - they were communicative and responsive both ahead of and during our stay. We would highly recommend this spot and will plan to return in the future.

This is a great place to stay! Right on the free lift route to the ski resort. Even into the town of Frasier. We loved staying here.

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful 5 days here including Christmas! Great location, close to town and skiing! Comfortable condo with responsive owners! They weee so kind to check on our during our stay!! Highly recommend!!

The condo was clean and well supplied. It was convenient walking distance to the Rendezvous park. Really enjoyed our stay.

Dawn and Jeff’s place is so comfortable and welcoming. They were very good with communication both before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. Beds were comfortable, loved the little balcony and the decorative lights added to the ambience! Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet and yet a short walk to the event center for our festival. Couldn’t have asked for more! We’ll be back!
