Family-Friendly Seawall Condo (sleeps 5)

Stayed here during spring break so I'm not surprised it wasn't quiet but the hosts were great and the condo was awesome

The place needed a few minor repairs but overall was pretty good. The thing i really didnt like was that alot of the staff could not speak English.

The condo was clean and comfortable. We felt very safe there and a great beach was just across the street. When I return to Galveston, I will definitely try to reserve this condo again.

We had a great time on our little mini-vacation in Galveston. This property is very convenient. It’s right across the street from the beach. You can see the beach from the little deck. There is also a nice view to one of the pools. The host is VERY responsive to communication and will make sure your stay is good. There was a miscommunication with her cleaning service and when we arrived the place hadn’t been cleaned yet. We texted the host and she called back right away and was very apologetic, (she was surprised as well!) and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy. She was very friendly and helpful. And after that initial hiccup, the unit was clean and nice. The complex itself is a bit dated. Not bad, just looks like it’s glory days are a little passed by. The pools are nice. The hot tubs were decent. Only one was working when I was there. I actually did go and check out the fitness center and I was slightly concerned about the condition of the weight equipment… but hey, who uses the gym on vacation anyway, right? The restaurant and conference center don’t look like they’ve been used in quite some time and the general appearance of the property is just kind of so-so. If you’re wanting a really fancy place, this probably won’t be the one to pick. But I would definitely consider this place a bargain and I would book here again without hesitation if I was back in Galveston! The price vs what you get ratio makes this a 5 star choice for me!

Amazing room & Property!!! We will be back!!

There was a slight mixup when we first arrived, but the owners went above and beyond to make everything right. They are kind, amazing people. The condo was beautiful and cozy. We immediately felt at home there. My family loved it, and we will definitely try to stay there again.

I don’t like to complain but both beds sheets were dirty stain and hair in them. Pillow case smelled and had stain. If they have a cleaner they could probably use another one and not sure air conditioner works that good.

Our stay was very enjoyable, the gym was nice except a couple of the machines did not work, the hot tubs were very relaxing, the facility overall was very good and clean.

Such a cute place! Has everything you need except food and snacks. Very reasonably priced! We loved it

Host were incredible and very accommodating

Beds were super comfortable, close to the laundry facilities, great view from the condo itself! Short walk to the beach and close vicinity to grocery shopping. When we did not want to spend time at the beach the pool was a great amenity! It was a perfect place to stay with my young son for a week.

Condo was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice stay away from home. Kids loved the pools. This was our second time at the Victorian condos and we will be back!

There was no oven and a single bed not a bunkbed. It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do and the beach.

Overall the place was exactly what we needed! The price was right and great location. It wasn’t the cleanest place I have stayed at.

Travelled for dance nationals. Was small, but all we needed.

Stay was good

Our stay was great. The condo location was great. Access was easy, except for one elevator not functioning. Only other slight negative was the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped or swept. Aside from this all was great.

It was clean, across the street from the ocean.which was great. Very reasonably priced. Fairly small for 5 people. Loved the pool, nothing worked the fitness center.

No stove in unit so don't get food to cook unless it is microwaveable. Unit is ok just needs to be updated.

Nice property, convenient location, nice pool view from the large balcony. Contacted condo owner after a issue and was taken care of very promptly and satisfactorily.

This property was a wonderful little gem! Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. A couple things that I did want to note

This place was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the pool every day and the kids met lots of new friends. The living space was homey and cozy and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to make breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay. The condo was located across the street from Babes beach and we spent a lot of time there playing in the surf and sand. There is a lifeguard on duty there so it is pretty safe. I would stay at the Victorian again in the future.

We stayed here 2 nights for a local wedding. The condo was not quite as pictured. The sleeper sofa was different and had stains on the mattress. The twin bed was also not as pictured with the pillows and the curtains were torn. There was no internet service because of the small tropical storm 3 days prior. The best part was the owner who was very responsive. This condo would be good for a small family or couple just wanting to go to the beach and swim in the pool.

We had the best time on our vacation, despite Tropical Storm Alberto. The condo was clean and felt homey. The beds were comfortable. The TV was HUGE! It’s perfectly located to the laundry and trash chute. There is a stop light next to the facility that made crossing the road to and from the beach easy. We spent a lot of time watching the rain and waves from the patio. We will be staying here again.
