This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa for accommodations for up to six people. This family-friendly condo has nice valley views and features a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks for the group, a gas fireplace to keep you all nice and warm during your stay, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and ski locker access. Please note that covered parking is in a shared garage and available for one vehicle.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Located at the base of Granby Ranch, you can't beat this ski-in/ski-out location! Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area, with back door access to ski and bike and close access to Golf Granby Ranch. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

THINGS TO KNOW
As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Great location and beautiful updated unit. Needs a deep clean though (dusty ceiling fans, dirty pots) and unfortunately the main television wasnt working which was bad timing as it was March Madness. The management company promptly sent someone iut but it didnt get fixed. someone

    The condo was nice, was perfectly located, and served our needs well. Complaints stem from management company. We never received instructions about how to actually enter the condo, which led to a stressful arrival. Random sheets/blankets were just thrown and piled on the closet floors which not only prevented use of the closets but, based on the appearance, caused us to question if they were clean or not (which was an issue since we needed to make up the sleeper for our daughter). Other than cleanliness and check-in being less than ideal, the condo served us well.

    Great location and condo. Checkin, parking , ect all good. Only problem is very minimal supplies in unit. One roll paper towels , single ply toilet paper , no soap for clothes washer , one trash bag per day . No/minimal condiments

    Great unit. It was just as advertised. Very clean with easy check in and parking process. Didn't need much communication with the owners as it was all spelled out in email and text and we had no issues at all. Conveniently located right at the base and chair lifts. Nice bar/restaurant next to the lifts. There is a grocery store located just outside the main entrance that has all you will need including a pharmacy. Downtown Granby is very charming with multiple good restaurants and coffee shops. It is also just a short 12 mile drive into Winter Park. The only small draw backs were the amount of construction and new builds going on right outside our building & unit. Made for some early mornings as the hammers started at 7:30 am one morning. Also, not wild about having to pay $10 per day, per person to access the facilities swimming pool and hot tub. Those are only minor issues and I highly recommend staying here and would again if we get back to Granby.

    This was a new, modern property. The space was comfortable, bedrooms spacious. We enjoyed having two bathrooms. We used this as a launching spot for x-country skiing at Snow Mountain Ranch. All in all, decent. We appreciated having a covered parking spot, so we didn't have to deal with clearing the snow in the morning.

    The condo is sunny, close to the slopes and a wonderful outdoor heated pool. We all loved the place with exception of an uncomfy top bunkbed and pots/pans/untensils could use an upgrade - no big deal! The issue was with the lack of communication with Vacasa with our water was turned off. I called Vacasa - there is no local number to call. I happened upon the plumbers in the building & found out the water had been turned off to fix the leak. It came on later but then there was no hot water, despite running it for at leas 30 mins. I called Vacasa again & didn't hear back from the for a day and a half, 8am on the morning we were leaving. Luckily, the hot water had come back on. Bottom line - poor communication.

    We enjoyed the condo very much. Very clean and spacious. The proximity to the ski slopes was amazing. Highly recommend!
