Stayed Jul 10, 2024Property was just as described on line. The area contained so many friendly people. We grilled out front one evening, and had groups on golf carts, wanting to buy the burgers. The area is a walk away from the beach, and just a short drive from Daytona, and Orlando. We loved our stay, and hope to be back next year.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was well stocked with beach supplies and anything else we needed, and the host was very helpful and responsive. It's in a quiet location and a short walk away from a beautiful stretch of beach, and is also close to the pool and other amenities.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Very nice roomie condo close to the beach. Grocery store, restaurant, hair salon - everything was very accessible. Disney world was just an hour or so away. Had a great time at Magic Kingdom with the family.

Stayed Jul 31, 2023The property was beautiful, the apartment was comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool. This was conveniently located to everything in New Smyrna Beach. There is a nice path to the crosswalk and then another path to the beach, it was about a 5-7 minute walk for us. The complex was very quiet with friendly neighbors walking their dogs. It was perfect for our family.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023This little condo is set in a quiet, beautifully wooded neighborhood. The condo was super clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable. We were able to communicate with the owners whenever we needed to and they were very friendly. The pool was nice, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and pool.
