Family-Friendly Condo w/ Pools + Tennis Courts!

Property was really nice! We enjoyed the cat sanctuary right across from us. Beach was beautiful but shallow and not many waves. Swampy in areas. Room was really nice and really clean. Had everything we needed. Had tennis rackets and beach accessories on porch to use. We rented bikes. There were two historic sites near by. You would have to drive to the Atlantic beach if you wanted waves, we were on the sound. Three pools, hot tub and sauna. Small exercise room. Koi pond and tennis courts.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was nice, modern, and clean. We liked that we had access to an inside and multiple outside pools. The only disadvantage was the huge feral cat sanctuary on the other side of a fence from the property. We had no idea it was there until we arrived. If you do not like cats, or are highly allergic like me, I would not recommend.

Started with having to request sheets for the pull out bed and a working hair dryer. Ended with leaving at midnight two nights before we were scheduled to leave and moving to a hotel as there were bugs (termites?) In the living area as well as the second bedroom and bath

This place was a great value for the price paid. Nice pools, short walk to the beach, and the owner is great to work with. It’s definitely an older building, but again it was a good value for the price paid.

The condo and property were good. Clean and adequate size. The amenities (pools, hot tub, sauna, workout area) were great! Condo kitchen was limited with cooking supplies. The beach was awful. Marshy and not what we expected. We had to go to the public beach at Coligny. That beach was nice so it worked out. If you plan on doing a lot of beach time-not the location for you. If you aren’t big on beach days- you’ll be fine.

Nice location away from the crowds but close to very nice beaches, Folly Field was great. The apartment suited us well and was very clean, though the complex is older. The outdoor pools were small, we didn’t use them, however the indoor pool was nice. The beach is lovely to walk on and see the sunrise and lots of birds around.

The unit was great. It was lovely, well appointed and clean. The customer service received during our visit was also great. For us, however, this was a less than ideal location. The beach at this unit was not what we are used to. While it was beautiful it its own way, it just wasn't what we expected or wanted. There is water on the shore line but it is not a traditional beach. We did explore one day here but the other days we drove to more traditional beaches, which was not planned.

This property was as listed. A modest apartment which adequately met our needs for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, the washer and dryer came in handy. The bedrooms were small, but quite comforable. The location was PERFECT in my opinion. Just a 5 minute walk to a quite private beach. There were a few dozen people there at the most busy times. It's not your pristine groomed sandy beach, but it's beautiful. There is space to lay out and enoy the sun and ocean. Beautiful sunrises! It was 2-3 miles from grocery/department stores. It's only about a 20 minute drive to the more commericalized beaches. We would definitely return!!
