Family friendly condo 70 steps to Keyes ocean beachfront.

This place really is as great as all of the reviews say! Mike was so helpful and communicative with all of my questions throughout my stay. The house is also immaculately clean and has the best view of the water from the front porch. I didn't want to leave! I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone and I hope to be back soon!

We have stayed here multiple times because we love it so much. The property is immaculate, the location is terrific and the host Mike is very accommodating. Looking forward to coming back.

Location Location Location. The beach was so close and.an easy ride into downtown where there were many restaurant choices. Hope to return in the near future.

What a beautiful property! It's so close to the water, restaurants, the ferry, and shopping! The view from the house is absolutely gorgeous, filled with boats, and from the beach, you can see the Kennedy Compound. Everything you could need for the beach (chairs, floats, boogie boards and toys) are there. The Barnstable beach pass provided saves lots of money as you can enjoy many beaches and don't have to pay for parking. We loved Sandy Neck. The porch is very inviting and comfortable. My childhood friends and I go on a girls trip every year, and chose Cape Cod as this year's destination. There were six of us, and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the layout of the kitchen/living room allowed for friends to chat as meals were prepared. The kitchen table could actually seat six as there are a couple of kitchen chairs in the three large air conditioned bedrooms.Mike is the best host I've ever dealt with! Every time he was contacted, before and during the vacation, he was responsive, kind, and considerate. We had a little freak glitch with a refrigerator shelf which was handled and he was great about it. Requirements from guests is minimal as he wants your stay to be completely enjoyable. There is no washer and dryer, but bedding and towels are provided, which is a bonus. My friends and I highly recommend staying at Mike and Mary's home.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! Mike is very communicative and the condo is exactly as describe. Can't beat the location, this is our 4th year and we plan to come back next year.

Our family loved this place. It has access to the beach and pool. It was near downtown and the ferries. The host was super. He responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely return to this site!

My family had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Every room is in pristine condition and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, and the location is supurb! The view of the ocean from the front porch is lovely, and the beach is just a short stroll away. There are great restaurants nearby, but the well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grill also provide options for dining in. Although our stay was short, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic VRBO property! We will definitely pick this property for our next visit to Cape Cod!

Beautiful condominium, walk right to the beach and the beach is fairly private. Well equipped and enjoyable for the whole family. Highly recommend.

Clean, stocked perfectly, close to literally EVERYTHING, great, easy beach experience especially with little kids!Pool was also great, it was closed for one day of our stay which was a bummer, but otherwise super quiet and clean pool. Highly highly recommend!

Just simply relaxing on the beach

The property was very clean and well maintained. Easy communication with owner and great directions regarding passwords and logins. Very enjoyable time.

Great property, short walk to the nice clean beach. Everything you could possibly need was available for use. Loved being on the dead end street. A nice extra was the heated pool.

Beautiful location! Didn’t realize no shampoo or body wash. And no laundry but that is life in cape cod. We enjoyed our very short stay.

The property was great! It was decorated nicely! Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio furniture! It was a perfect location for what we planned to do! I would recommend this condo!

What else can I say? Mike has been excellent and his house is great and well stocked with everything you need. It is always clean and he is always available if needed and just easy to work with. We will be back again next year and if you are on the fence I suggest you book as you won't be disappointed

Kitchen was stocked with items for preparation of meals. Steps to beach, centrally located to beach hop. We are 62 to 75 its one level ground floor. The salt water pool was great. I can’t say enough positive things about this place And we thank Michael , the place was ideal and clean

Great location. Just as described. It had everything we needed and more. Mike was great to work with. The water heater went out and he had it fixed in a day on the weekend with a plan B. Fantastic! Would stay here again!
