We loved the condo close to the beach, perfect size, very clean and cozy!

Very convenient location to shopping, grocery stores, putt putt and most importantly the beach. Property was very clean and had everything we could've asked for.

My wife and I had a terrific experience. Especially appreciate the fact that a restroom is available on the beach for people who stay at this property.

The property was very nice. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for 5 adults and one 6 month old. The location was perfect! We could walk easily to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Having some beach chairs and a wagon available for our use was an added bonus. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in this lovely property. Loved that it felt like you were immersed in nature and only a short walk from the beach. House was very spacious for five adults and very comfortable. Had everything you could need. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Hilton head.

The cost to stay was very reasonable. The condo is a bit dated and needs a little upkeep with small improvements such as fixing drawers and getting the dryer hose cleaned for more efficiency. The location is good with a view of a small pond and easy access to beach. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach items available to use. Liked having a hose to rinse off items at condo.

We loved this rental! Layout was fantastic for our family loved that the main bedroom was its own floor with patio. Very clean, kitchen was well-stocked, and it was close to everything. We hope to stay there again and again!

Lots of steps with three levels, but worth it to have so much space! Convenient walk to beach and Coligny Plaza. Pool was great! Very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved everything about our stay.

We just spent a wonderful week in this centrally located condo. Excellent access to the beach and bike trails and a short bike ride to Coligny. The beds were super comfy, we had plenty of linens, and the second-floor laundry was ideal. The third floor bedroom has a lovely balcony from which to start your day. Beach chairs, towels, toys, and a cart to haul them all with were a welcome addition.

I enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 night stay. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, the living room comfortably sat 6 adults, the dining area sat 8 and having the deck out back just added to our space. All three bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and having access to a private restroom just a few steps from the dunes was a nice benefit!

What a great place! Location and amenities are perfect for an area like Hilton Head Island. The beach chairs and wagon were a great addition. Thanks for the communication from the initial reservation to our departure.

The condo was clean and well-kept. The pools were nice and convenient and the beach only about a 5-minute walk. Could use an audit and update of some kitchen supplies, but overall, a nice and comfortable property.

Great week, everything we needed for a fun family vacation. Beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. The owner sent a welcome email and responded quickly to questions. Will come back!
