With upgraded kitchen etc. The rest room was old but functional. This one unit is situated in a way you can watch the sunrise from the unit and spend the time on beach. Great views so close to water and road. The pool is well maintained.

My only recommendations is to have a simpler way to get in and out of the room. We had to keep reviewing the code to get in and out. Even more so than probably other guests because of teenagers going in and out.

It is our go-to spot to enjoy the beach, see awesome sunrises and rest up from our busy, routine lives. My daughter and grandkids enjoyed both the beach and pool. My husband's favorite spot is on the comfy couch where he can avoid the heat, while watching all the movies I do not care for, in air conditioned comfort. What more could a couple want for a weekend get away?

The little apt was very clean, fully stocked kitchen (no coffee filters), bathroom was spotless clean, plenty of hot water for showers. king size bed /mattress was super comfy, and we slept great, A/C worked great. steps from the beach ,couch was nice , we did not use the fold out bed, perfect view from chairs on front porch to watch the water and drink coffee.

All the pictures hanging were crooked on the wall. Then in the morning, we understood why. Full on demo going on in next door unit. It was loud and raining so went sightseeing rather than sit in unit and enjoy waves. Beautiful view and proximity to beach

Reviewer Comments: Students in school ask “what is a passing grade“ they do this so they don’t have to work any harder than necessary to pass the class. This describes El Constante. From the exterior lights at night being so bright, you need to wear sunglasses while you sleep to the plastic shower handle controls..Why? At this cost upgrades are essential. People that can stay in this location isn’t looking for just shelter but luxury. Overall rating 2.5.

Our initial impression wasn’t the greatest walking into the condo as it is pretty dated and not the most cohesive decor for the price point but you can’t beat the large corner porch and direct beach view. We enjoyed the beach every morning and the pool each afternoon. We will definitely be returning to this unit in the future. We would recommend adding a Keurig or at least supply a few coffee filters for the coffee maker so we don’t have to buy a whole pack for a few days. The tv in the bedroom is so tiny that we didn’t even turn it on but enjoyed the updated tv in the living room. Over all, is was the perfect getaway!

Sunrises over the gulf and sets behind the condos. We will definitely return!
