This gulf front piece of paradise will leave you speechless!! This beautiful beach front condo with large, corner covered balcony with brand new sliding glass doors, offers breathtaking views of sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico!! This 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The condo features an open floor plan with a bright, airy living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite home cooked meal with all the ...comforts of home, or go out to one of the many local restaurants close by. A washer and dryer are available for your added convenience. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen tv and offers a ensuite bathroom with a brand new walk in shower. The spacious guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed and is located directly across the hall from the guest bathroom. This unit comes with 1 covered, assigned parking spot (height restriction at 7.5 FT) and has limited guest parking available on a first come first serve basis (Parking Pass is required).

For your outdoor enjoyment, the community has a heated pool, jacuzzi, and Bbq grilling area just steps from the sugary white sand of Indian Rocks Beach. Clearwater Beach with an abundance of shopping, dining and activities is just a short drive north on Gulf Blvd. and John's Pass is a short distance to the South.

Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your Spam folder for our emails.

Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking supplies. Fresh linens and towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.

Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.

Accidental Damage Protection: Insurance as listed in Homeaway/-- other charges will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.

    There is too much to detail. Begin with this condo was a wooden building with THIN WALLS AND FLOORS and it goes down hill from there. Too many things to detail. Sufice it to say I WOULD NEVER STAT IN THE OCEAN WAY AGAIN AND I WOULD AVOID RECOMMENDING THIS OLD OUT OF DATE CONDO!!

    I stayed at this condo three years ago and it was bad. One of the bathrooms was not functioning. It had been closed and they had not communicated it to me. The condo was dirty. I had to clean it myself at the time. This stay was so much better. Obviously the bathroom is working. The communication between the rental company was so much better which made a big difference. The condo needs a little freshening up. The couches are worn and could use new couches. The cleanliness was good but it just needs a deep clean as the areas by the baseboard and behind tv showed dirt and debris left from previous tenants. All in all a good stay and a good time was had by all.

    Listen to the Gulf 24/7. Best view on the strip. Condo equipped with everything you need. Was a great family vacation. Top notch view, amenities and location.

    This condo is a great condo in this facility. I've stayed here twice now and loved it even more this time. It can comfortably sleep 8. The couch pulls out into a bed, but is comfortable as a couch, there is a trundle with the twin bed and a full in the guest room. It was clean. The porch is moy favorite with a great couch and table to relax on and eat dinner. I highly recommend this condo!

    My family had a great time at our Indian Rocks condo. Everything was clean, the view was amazing and the condo was prepared with everything we needed to enjoy our beach getaway. Our management person Carmen was courteous and kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I will definitely return and recommend it.

    We loved staying at Oceanway. The walk to the beach was very short. Very tasty food places close by too. Our only complaint was parking, we drive a full size truck so parking was a little tight, other than that we would for sure be back!!!
