Stayed Jul 25, 2025I have stayed in a lot of off main resort condos and homes with my family during our snowmobile and ATV weekends and this one is by far one of the nicest equipped. Easy elevator access and beautiful bay doors open all the way for remarkable view. Beds very comfortable and nice master bath.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025I want to premise the following criticisms with the fact we loved the property, its amenities, etc. I’m sure the owners are great people and unless some real estate conglomerate swallowed this property up, all of the negative things to follow are due to the management company. To start, the WiFi was the fastest I’ve seen in a short-term rental. Like 500 down. The pool, which is around the corner and outside (no complaints there… swimming in a 90 pool plus hot tub while the snow is falling is magical), is actually open until 8pm and not 445pm like the support line told us. This was one of a few misinformed bits of info the management company would communicate. The pool is also 15/day for adults - this text is hidden in the fine text of the property and listed as 10 when we last checked (Feb 2025). The heating units, baseboards for the most part, seemed to be going way too high and made some humming noises a couple nights. Nothing major but don’t run the fireplace. Speaking of which, don’t run the fireplace if you have little ones… the glass gets exceedingly hot and they really should put up a plaque warning people about it. Our kiddo thankfully pulled away in time but someone 3 or 4 may seriously burn themselves. I think the thermostat may be broken, it appears from the 70s and heat was kind of all over the place. Finally, if you plan on cooking and slicing anything substantial, bring your own knives. Their butcher knife is so dull, you run the risk of slicing yourself.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful property, furnishings are exactly like the photos, but the family room area is smaller than pictured. Plenty of towels, soap, hair products & kitchen supplies. Be sure to bring coffee & make sure you have a current access code to the garage, front & back doors!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024You could not be closer to the slopes. It was so convenient. There were too many codes to get into the building in the door that were hard to remember, and we weren’t given them in advance. Make sure you get the codes before you go.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a wonderful condo. It was clean with nice amenities. The building is right next to the ski lodge and Quickdraw Express chairlift. It doesn't get much better. There is an indoor lounge area with a fireplace as well as an outdoor seating area with a gas fire pit and a couple of bbq grills facing the ski lift. The condo's deck faces away from the ski area, so it is nice and quiet with nice views to the North, up towards the town of Granby and Rocky Mountain National park. Master bathroom is huge as is the walk in closet. The underground parking is nice with 7ft, 10in clearance. Big enough for a full size, long bed 2500 4x4 pickup. Granby Ranch is a great smaller ski area that reminds me of the ski areas of my childhood. There is only 1000ft of vertical, but they make good use of it with a nice selection of terrain. While Granby is more focused on beginner and intermediate terrain, more accomplished skiers will find some more challenging runs and trees off of the Conquest list. There is just enough facilities there to make Granby, just right nice. The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family of four loved this property. It was easy to check in and the ski in/out experience was awesome. Our 2 br condo had everything we needed and was stocked with plenty of linens. Thanks again for letting us stay.
