Family Condo on the Course near Branson Landing

Love this condo! Owner is quick to respond!! Will stay again!!

Enjoyed a quick family getaway for spring break- this property was super clean, well decorated, easy condo to stay in. Plenty of games and books for the kids, easy to use TVs and amenities, and a huge garden tub! May as well have been a pool, in my kids eyes! Super duper clean! Would recommend to anyone!

This was a great place to stay with my family (3 kids, 6y/o-16 y/o). Everyone had plenty of space as needed. Based off the photos, it looks as if there were 3 separate beds as mentioned in the text. There are 2 king beds and a pull out couch in the living room. The communication with the owner was fantastic! We appreciate a comfortable and affordable stay. We would definitely stay again.

This condo is decorated so beautifully! It has everything that you need and we really appreciated the thoughtfilness the owner put into making her place so nice for guests. We did not receive the door code until a little after 4, which is a timeline we arent used to when renting. But everything went smoothly! The condo was peaceful and lovely. We loved the Christmas decorations and snacks! Thank you for everything! Highly recommened and this was our 2nd time staying in this condo. :)

The condo was a nice place to enjoy family. Close to everything but away from the Hussle bussle. The Christmas decoration was a nice touch to the condo.

Great property for the annual trip that my daughter and I take. Clean, quiet and comfortable!

This condo is fully stocked, and has everything you can think of or need. The location is in nice area and was quiet.

I reserved the condo 8 to 10 weeks ago, requested a ground floor due to physical challenges. Was notified approximately 2 weeks before arrival date welcoming me plus unit was not a ground floor unit. 2 days before departure my wife fell causing injury. We arrived finding our unit was on 3rd floor, no elevator. Iwas finally able to secure host phone number to explain the situation, was informed nothing else available, there was no way for my wife to access the unit. I was finally able to obtain the host phone number explaining my situation. Was told if I needed to cancel, refund was $500. I offered to supply a doctor’s statement for validation. O thing else was available. No choice but to cancel. I was part of a church event of 687 people my event coordinator has ask everyone to fill out housing reports. I don’t like being negative about matters such as this, so I haven’t filed report yet. I am very disappointed. Church friends allowed us to share a condo and share expense.

This place is perfect! It has everything you need. The host Tammy is amazing. We were supposed to leave for Florida on Sunday the 6th and had to cancel that day due to hurricane Milton. I quickly booked a few days to Branson instead and did not realize I booked for 2025. Thank goodness for Tammy as she called to verify the dates were correct and corrected my mistake, so we had somewhere to stay. I cannot thank her enough for the kindness she showed us and making our anniversary special. We will definitely book with her again !

This was a wonderful place to stay for our weekend in Branson. It was conveniently located near where we were attending a wedding. The condo was furnished with everything we needed, and it was so quiet. We especially enjoyed the balcony area in the mornings as it was an awesome place to take in the morning sky. It is a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you can be anywhere in Branson in a few minutes. This is a great place, and we would definitely stay here again!

We came down to Branson for the cowboy rumble and this place was perfect! So close to the convention center and Branson Landing. It was a very nice place and would definitely stay again! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy!

First of all this property was very nice. Upon entering the condo we noticed it was very hot. Contacted the owner and was told a repairman would be out in 30 minutes to an hour. After waiting 2 1/2 hours contacted the owner again. Repairman arrived finally. The unit couldn't be fixed that night. After spending that much time waiting we told the owner we didn't feel comfortable not being there when the repairman was there and had already wasted too much time waiting so owner said they would fix it after we left. Owner told us to use the window unit in the front bedroom which only cooled that room. The temperature reached 88 degrees. And all of this was on our anniversary! The owner said she would give us a good discount. We were refunded a small portion of our total cost for the two nights. I know this is nothing the owner could have controlled but we feel it wasn't handled properly. There was never any contact from the owner after that first night. f this was on our anniversary!

The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, great location, nicely decorated. Would stay here again!

We were in town for a week long sports tournament. Overall we had a great stay. The condo was well stocked and clean. We had a small issue with the water heater, but Tammy immediately responded to my messages and we figured it out. If in Bramson again, we would stay her again.

Great place!

The condo was amazing. Description was very accurate. Really clean. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Quiet and just outside of downtown Branson. Would definitely stay there again. Tammy was very helpful and very responsive to messages. At one point the lock on the door stopped working and she was quick to get this resolved. I would give this condo and Tammy a 10/10.

Very peaceful location at Holiday Hills with views of golf course also saw several deer in the evening. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing at the condo. Very convenient to drive to Branson landing. Condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Hope to come back soon!

Ever nice place will stay there again

We planned a weekend getaway for memorial day with our daughter and grandson back in January and found this condo to be a perfect fit for us. When we arrived we where very excited to see the condo was better then we ever thaught from the pictures we enjoyed the views from the golf course and enjoyed the pool and recreation room.
