It is a great property. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It does need more pots and pans. Other than that it was well stocked. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us!!!

Very nice!!! Check-in was effortless. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

The rental was clean, updated, and easy to access. The screened in back porch was a definitely a plus. A perfect place to rent if you are visiting family within St. James.

This was a comfortable and clean condo for our family of 4 for a three-night stay. We have two teenage daughters, so it was nice that they each had a bed and we were just a short walk to the pool. We’d stay here again!

We had a great stay. The family enjoyed the pool and went to the beach. The condo is still convenient enough to Wilmington that I went in town for work each day. The kids had an entire space to themselves and we loved the screened in deck.

The property was accurately shown in all pictures, it was very clean, and incredibly easy to access thanks to María! She was very helpful in answering my questions and responding quickly. I highly recommended staying in this condo!

Although the weather put a damper on our plans the condo and pool definitely made it better! Condo was clean! Beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for a larger family. The pool was great for us during the breaks in the rain.

The condo was perfectly situated for our stay, with a family of four. The condo was clean, and check in process was simple. Maria was very quick to respond and communicative when we needed somthing. Overall a great value and great stay.
