Stayed Aug 9, 2025First this unit needs a more comfortable master bed. This may be fine for a 30 year old but not me. Carpet probably needs to be cleaned as well. Upgrades to building are great and can’t wait to see the new pool!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Our only issue was the beach! It has gotten way TOO crowded! There needs to be something in place for that. The individuals paying to stay on the beach have to fight for a spot. Secondly, I would get rid of the carpet in the rooms! And make sure there are linens for the next guest for the pull out couch bc there is nobody to contact at night to get any by the time you notice!

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Carpet was stained, older and musty, unit could benefit from an upgrade to hard surface flooring. Master shower drips, may need a new valve. Otherwise, a good unit.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Needs a refresh. Paint peeling in bathrooms. One safety concern. The chairs on the porch are all rusted and in imminent danger of collapsing. They need to be replaced immediately. If they collapse when somebody is sitting in them, you are looking at a lawsuit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the location of our condo! There were some housekeeping things that they missed before we checked in but thankfully I had my own cleaning supplies. The cabinets in the kitchen need a strip down to the base and repaint as the paint is chipping and is sticky. The master bathroom toilet and shower need attention. The toilet isn’t set right and rocks back and forth every time you sit down making a loud water noise. The shower tile on the floor isn’t installed correctly and the water pools like a bath tub in the center. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay at One Seagrove Place again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our first time visit to the Santa Rosa area and everything about our stay was wonderful. Great location, gorgeous condo to beach entrance, helpful guest services, nice condo bldg. Bldg overall is very quiet and relaxing :) Only recommendation is upgrading this specific 1208 condo. Needs furniture, appliance, floor upgrades. Thanks for a memorable trip! We will be back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We dealt with hot water heater (not connected properly)issues for three days of our stay with a water soaked entrance rug and loud machines blocking most of kitchen drying out the kitchen closet. It was quite an inconvenience but of course nothing compared to effects of broken pipes on 20th floor Also one working elevator lead to much negative discussion among renters and owners. I will not vacation again at 1 Seagrove. The building needs upgrades inside instead of a fancy expensive new entrance

Stayed Mar 10, 2024While we encountered several issues throughout our stay, the biggest negative of all was the tiny beach footprint for a building with over 160 units. Everyone was on top of each other and there was no quiet spot to enjoy ourselves.
