This place did not fully reflect the reviews from booking filters, however, still thankful we were Blessed w/a positive vacation full of memories. Positives: quick communications & Cheryl is exceptionally friendly; nice central location; quality long-term neighbors underneath us; some useful things handy w/i place; overall clean; hot water keeps up well for multiple showers; shark theme cute for kid’s room; ac works well keeping up once @ temp desired even located 3rd floor; very much appreciate the blackout curtains in master (it got bright by 5am, wow whee )(suggestions made privately to owner in respect for her ownership) Awareness to future renters: Larger things need addressed have permanent fixing vs patchworkA lot of things fill the rental area, which aren’t useful/needed so takes up spaceMany notes throughout rental & communications outside of VRBO happened, uninitiated by us Overall, an average stay. Over a decade, been to many various rentals in WW, Ocean City, & FL, just haven’t experienced one like this not reflecting the ratings it’s received. We know Cheryl has positive potential to improve this location by listening to her renters & applying her spending in key areas. We wish her the best in her endeavors and future, as well as future folks who want to make memories pleasant for what they desire.

My husband, two kids (age 4 & 7), and myself had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, and amazing restaurants. My kids had no issues walking everywhere. If you wanted to, you'd never have to move your car. The property itself had all the amenities I needed with kids. We felt very comfortable. The property also has towels, extra sheets, even tote bags if needed, along with a lot of beach essentials in case you had forgotten anything! I would highly recommend this property and will book again!

The stay was cozy, spacious, clean, and convenient. Our group had 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant. We never felt cramped, in fact we had extra space. We felt right at home the entire stay. We appreciated the attention to detail regarding the nautical/ beach themed decor. It felt cozy, comfortable, and not over done.The property location is very convenient. A short walk to the Wildwood Pier and beach, plenty of restaurants walking distance as well, and a short 15 minute scenic drive to Cape May. We were able to adjust the temperature so it was always comfortable. Every room has a smart tv. There were books and board games. WiFi that works. A lot of thoughtful attention to detail went into this property and it shows. 2 parking spaces included. Communication with host was quick and easy, all our questions were answered right away. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend!

The house was very comfortable and very clean. Anything we might need was there, The owner was so easy to work with, and would accommodate you on anything you need. I definitely would stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay by the Beach!Cheryl's beach house was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We’ve stayed here before, and it’s always a pleasure to come back — the location is ideal, just steps from the beach and close to everything in Wildwood. We truly appreciated the early check-in, which made our trip even smoother. Thank you, Cheryl, for sharing your lovely home with us again. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

My family and I were staying the weekend for the Mid-Atlantic cheer competition being held at the convention center. For my very first experience with VRBO I couldn’t be happier. The host, Cheryl was so nice and so helpful. Since we were in town during the off season she helped us with ideas of things to do during our downtime. She was available for questions through the weekend. Her condo was exactly as pictured, if not better in person. When we return to wildwood I will definitely look to see if this is available again.

Cheryl's property is an excellent location for Wildwoods convention center. Easy walk, even in February. The condo is nice and functional. While it is not the most modern of accommodations it has everything we needed and was clean. We did have a few hiccups with the dishwasher and a sink, but both were addressed promptly and resolved the next morning. We recommend this unit as a place to stay. You certainly could not get a nicer unit owner! Thank you, Cheryl.
